Hey - 'sup everyone. What do you all think if we set up a mini-kitchen in the luggage room? Nothing too fancy - just so we can make sandwiches and get more drinks down this side of the train instead of going all the way to the big kitchen?

[ He hasn't been in his room a lot and feelin' the curse of being too low-energy to go to the kitchen, no siree. ]

I'm thinking...we'd need a counter, plug sockets - I think there's some in there? So...just get an adaptor? -bread, a toaster, cupboards. Some of the cutlery. Just something in the corner soon as you go in. And some snacks.

I don't mind spending points for it. But there anyone who thinks they can make the.,.cupboards? What else would be good?

As early riser and smoker I would not mind starting a pot of coffee in the area. [She smokes under a vent after all.]

I could make one, if needed. As could my cousin or aunt.

[Nerdanel... might not be up to it at the moment, though. But Curufin might appreciate a project to take his mind off things.]

Tidus, hi.

[Trunks is a little awkward, yes.]

So, this is a good idea and I think I can help. Back in my world, we have something called Capsules.

[Trunks pulls out his capsule case and pulls out the one labeled 2031.]

They store things in them, although I couldn't tell you the science behind it. I also know they should NOT be stored within the ARMS band, because I don't think they'd interact well with whatever space-time manipulation the bands use either for holding things.

[Holding up the capsule though, so Tidus can see how it just fits in his hand easily.]

This one though, holds a mini-fridge. I can demonstrate sometime for you, but this might be a way for you guys to have more than just basic sandwiches, and save space. I know coffee-makers and rice-cookers are available, and the mini-fridge is absolutely available. They'd just take points from the store.

I can help mister Tidus! I got lots of points and I can help make cupboards!

[Does Romeo know how to make cupboards? Not at all. Will he try very hard regardless? Yes.]

I can donate some bamboo to the cause, though I only have knives for cutting it at the moment. It's not too hard to make a table, and I'm sure it could be made as a cabinet table.

[ He makes a soft sound of approval, like he was just thinking about it for a second but then it starts to make sense. Speaking as someone from Sleeper 2... ]

That's not at all a bad idea, Tidus. And I'm sure someone on this train's got the talent to make the cupboards. [ What does magic even do, what are its limits, Roland doesn't know. Anyway. ] Say, how many Sleeper cars are you going to try and cover with the mini-kitchen by Luggage? This train's grown so expansive that you might be able to service Sleeper cars 1 through 4.

An electric kettle in the mini-kitchen would be nice! Then you could make a lot of instant food that keeps forever - instant noodles, instant soup, tea ...

I'll throw my voice in for the "this being a good idea" camp. If the British can make room for a kettle inside a battle tank, there's no reason we can't set one up in the corner of a car.
