Video, Fiddlesticks 15
[Eva's cheerful face appears on the screen and when she leans back, she's got one of the welcome leaflets in hand, and a smartphone-like thing hovering next to her shoulder.]
I should have asked this yesterday or a few days ago, maybe. Anyway, For those who don't know, I'm Eva Iden'no, and because it's Platform Day tomorrow, I was just wondering if anyone had anything they felt I should be adding to the Welcome Leaflets, both to the ones we hand out and ones stuck next to the ICPs.
[Eva pauses, then:] I'm also looking trying to organise it better and maybe print them off so there not handwritten any more, so if you have ideas, let me know. Fair warning though, I can only do so much via my phone, so I don't think I can get it looking that fancy.

[They might not always see eye to eye, but he supported her work with the leaflets.]
But you'll have to remove the question mark by my name on the council list.
[He picked up one of the leaflets and flipped through it.]
What about putting at the end some of the longer details, like a glossary? You could define what the ICP, SCA, the council, the team leads, etc are there without congesting the rest of the document.

[A nod.]
Right, and then we don't have to explain over and over again what some things are, either.

Its the whole regaining agency thing.

I'll make a mention of it.

Its a tiny win but a win just the same.

I'm... not sure what you mean by the yummy food in the kitchens though.

I'll add it as one of the first bullet points.

I would be happy to help with formatting, as well as general writing-to-text conversion.
Additionally, I would add to the leaflets an emphasis on the fact that the only obvious limit to becoming a Voidtrecker is whether or not you can fit inside a train - and that, to this effect, some people may receive alterations.
[Like being compacted into a robot.]
Re: [Video]
That's a good point, actually, so it'll end p as one of the first bullet-points of the reworked leaflet.

But you might want to phrase that more diplomatically.

Could you warn people that what is unacceptable in their universe is accepted in others? I... I just don't want to make anyone uncomfortable.

[And underline it.
But if Misa's asking for this this... ]

Just sure someone will freak.

I've added it, though I really hope we don't have a freak out over them. They're cute.

If you want to mention that, please do.
Do we have a list of people, who may or may not be on the Council or Team Leads for newcomers to come to with Questions? Like, about slang, or technology? I know I was a little at loss the first time someone called me "Dude". [he sounds amused by this].
no subject
We don't that I know of, and while I'd add the bits about slang to the leaflets, we can't cover everything and we shouldn't try. If we do, it'll set a precedent and the next thing we know, the leaflet will be more a book than anything.
