Hey everyone! I was thinking of ways to make our time on the train more fun and with the help of Prompto, I think I have something new and exciting for you all!

[She grins at the screen and those who are paying attention might notice that she's now in mostly black ninja clothes with a headband tied around her forehead.]

Team Mascots!

Ready for it?

Team black. Which is the best team ever, will be a black Chocobo! [She holds up a picture that Prompto had given her.] His name is Ebony.

Team red is a Midgarsormr, which is a cool monstery thing.

Team blue is a turtle. It's like a lizard but with a shell over it that it can hide in. They're pretty cool.

Team orange is a wombat.

Finally! Team purple is a big purple Cactuar!

So there ya go! Team Mascots!

[She looks very proud of herself.]

We also have a few new team black members. Let me know if you wanna sign up.

Having a wombat around might be good for morale. [ Of course it's the cute one she wants. It's not even her team's mascot, she's literally wearing a purple hoodie right now! ]

I think so. They're pretty cute and I think people will like them more if they see 'em.

Though some people here are super grumpy. I think they need more stuff that makes them smile or maybe they're those grumpy people who never smile anyway. It's hard to tell.

If an animal can't make them smile, then they truly have no taste.

[ Says the girl who literally never smiles. No one said Alice wasn't a major hypocrite.. ]

They'd make for far better company than some humans, anyway.

Did you notice that some of the people here have their priorities all outta wack? I don't get it.

[ There's a hum that indicates she agrees. Then again, Alice thinks about 99% of people anywhere have their priorities out of wack.. ]

Which priorities specifically are we talking about here though? [ Just asking so she doesn't misunderstand. ]

Well. Getting upset over animals instead of being kidnapped or just going along with everything like having someone change our clothes is normal.

[She gets accepting it and working on a long term solution but the people here seem to have really strange reactions. Why get upset at her? It isn't like she stripped them down, changed their clothes and trapped them on a train.]

It's most likely just their way of coping.

[ Not that it's necessarily a good way of coping. Who'd get upset over cute animals! People need to welcome each and every single animal into their hearts.

But okay, that's not the point here. ]

I suppose I may not be the best person to speak on this, but most people aren't used to being thrown into these kinds of situations. Perhaps they fear going mad if they contemplate our current situation rather than discussing trivial matters on these.. things.

[ The ICPs, she means. She's not good with technology. ]

[Yuffie is used to crazy things happening and while she doesn't enjoy it, she understands that shit happens and you do what you can in the moment.]

Some people might consider assigning animals to teams trivial as well under the current circumstances. [ She points out, though not necessarily unkindly. It's probably Alice's way of trying to make a joke, but her tone often makes said jokes fall flat.. ]

Though I don't mind. I'd rather be thinking about animals right now.

Yeah but so many people are jumping on it and not even asking the reasons as to why.

[She signs.]

I'm tired of shit backfiring.

Then tell them off. [ Politeness? Social courtesy? Apparently Alice has never heard of it, since she makes that suggestion like it's just the natural thing to do. ]

If people are being rude to you, you should just be rude to them in turn. Why show consideration to those who don't deserve it? Just because we are all stuck on one train does not mean we all have to be nice to everyone.

That's also a good solution.

[ Either way, it means no more dealing with idiots, which is the ideal outcome. ]

If they have the energy to waste on it, they might as well go find something better to spend it on.
