I suppose since I've had the time to finally settle in somewhat and to figure out what is going on here, that I ought to offer my services. Or, well, my knowledge as the materials and methods to what I can and cannot do are a little difficult to get a hold of.

The first, and perhaps the more useful of the two, is that where I am from I was from a clan that was known for their sealing abilities. When I say sealing, I mean just that. Whether it be a method to have a scroll summon someone or store items to sealing rather... difficult creatures into vessels, it can be done. Though whether it can be done depends on a few factors. I suspect here, the most we would be doing would be summoning and sealing weaponry into potentially easier to carry vectors.

[She pauses for a moment, taking a slow deep breath.]

The other is that I have something of, I suppose a gift? from my time being the vessel of a particular creature of which is no longer with me, where I can sense negative emotions. This has proven... rather useful in diplomatic matters and, I suspect, there might be some use here. Whether it be things on the train or with the knowledge of this Ministry, should we need to speak to them again. I have yet to discover any sort of detriment or way to fake said sense, so I figure it rather... well, foolproof.

I... ain't heard a whole lot about chakras. [Someone will eventually explain it to him! One day. He's heard the word swimming around.] So I'm gonna guess that's how you got the emotional inclinations.

You gotta be in their proximity or can you do it over a distance? Like from here to there.

It's essentially life energy that most can use in some form or another. It's part of the reason I can do anything related to sealing in the first place. It requires... a particular touch. [And it's always hilarious watching people try, but that's beside the point.]

I suppose so? Despite keeping him asleep for the majority of the time he was sealed with me, I did have those changes. Which, really, is more useful than anything else.

... Honestly, I haven't tried at a distance before, so I'm not entirely sure.

They can simply ask, or inquire as to what they need. That and I'm very, very certain I'm the only person of my type here. [What she means by "her type", he'll have to figure out. She's feeling a little mischievous today.]

Sealing? Interesting. So you’re dealing with objects more than creatures, from your description? Though you’re capable with both.

I’m rather skilled with summoning creatures, though sealing isn’t my forte.

Generally, yes. There's usually not much of a need to seal creatures as they tend to have their own summoning system if they're something like the sages or ninken. I've only really ever had to seal nine of them in my lifetime and for good reason, I assure you. [Or, well, one of them was for good reason. The other eight are debatable.]

Is there a particular kind of creature you can summon or is it more... versatile than that? [Color her curious, summoning isn't something she really dabbled much in.]

I'm sure you did have good reason. Genereally it's not an undertaking someone takes lightly.

You can make a general summoning circle or you can specify the creature. The former method is more likely to get you something that you aren't capable of controlling, however. Demons aren't so easily called across the barrier between worlds, and the stronger ones tend to push out the weak demons when they get a chance to cross.

That sounds... rather similar to the ways ones would summon the sages. With a type of seal and a bit of blood, to make it familiar to yourself. As the sages tended to only ally themselves to those they found worthy of their time. [Some more than others, but that's beside the point.]

I see demons are a problem no matter where one goes. How interesting~

'Sages'? I take it you don't mean demons, if you're specifying them separately like that.

They're both more and less of a problem at this moment in my world. On the one hand, the barrier between the worlds is torn open fairly widely. On the other hand, there's a new King of Demons with enough power to make the strongest of them kneel to him.

And this king isn't openly hostile to humanity, though his decisions are...

Hey love. Has it occurred to you that this is another case of same name, different creature? Like the 'demons' before? Like how we're both 'gods' but that means very different things for us both?

No sentient creature should be trapped for eternity but sometimes imprisonment is all that can be done for a functionally immortal being.

You're not wrong. It is a double standard but it's one people engage in all the time. At some point, the harm someone is doing is outweighing their personal freedoms. Kronos was dangerous in my world and was imprisoned in Tartarus for over a thousand years now. If he were released, he would terrorize everyone all over again.

He can't be killed. Gods can't be killed but they can go wrong and sour and destructive. Sometimes all one can do is keep them from hurting others and themselves.

I know it's very personal because you were trapped in a book for a long long time. You don't want that to happen to another being. But it's not happening to another being.

Good to know. I recently had to try and seal a Kai into a jar and that was a disaster. Or well... Vegeta and Goku did while I kept a group of people fed, but I was there too, so you get the idea.

Kais are.. I guess the easiest way to say it is that they're deities, but they're essentially kings of their own areas. Usually, there are four who has their own part of a universe and then a Grand Kai to manage them all.

[ It's a bit weird and complicated to basically say that she knows a bunch of people who were basically gods, and has probably yelled at and cursed down a few, and yet here she is, basically on that line of thought at the moment.

Good. I worry that some people around here don't have the good sense to keep their abilities closer to their chest than others. Of course.. Trunks and Vegeta don't, but that's a bit harder to hide.
