Hey, everyone. I have a question for the medically skilled and the healers on the train. During the question thing that Enna-san did, it came to my attention that there's a passenger who has an implant of nefarious origins that they would like removed. I'd like to see if we can all meet up and see if it would be feasible to work as a team to remove it. We can meet up wherever you like, though you all know I'm usually in the med car anyway. Thanks!


[ooc: Ichigo is proposing the idea of neurosurgery on Rich to remove his Squip. If your healer character doesn't want to be involved, that's totally fine! As far as Ichigo is concerned, if they can do a full eye transplant on Xiao Xingchen and have the eyes work, there's no medical procedure that teamwork can't manage.]

Hey, even if we can't get it out, I bet with the magic users here on the train we can find a way to make sure it can't turn back on. Maybe fry the chip in it if that can be done without hurting you?

Turning it on shouldn't be a problem, as long as no one wants to force feed me Mountain Dew. I'd like it to stop talking permanently, but I don't know if that's going to be possible.

It's a little hard to talk about, but let's just say it tried to use me to mass dose my entire high school with evil AI supercomputers. Probably would have moved on to the whole world if it hadn't been shut off.

It's not that I don't want to. Just... hard to trust people with information like that. I had it in my head for two years.

Do you know how to use the scanner in medical? That will allow us to get an actual image of positioning and the extent of it. I would love to learn how to use the scanner here, but I can't find a manual for it.

I may not be a professional, but I've made my way around medical equipment before.

[Not that she'd been the surgeon or anything for her mother's surgery, but then she'd conducted her own work on an entirely different dimension...]

And it's not as if I'm a stranger to the Medical car itself, either. I can run a diagnostic myself if there's need - again, Rich would need to give his consent for that - but keeping this as simplified as possible is probably better.

And worst comes to worst I can have a word with the scanner in the Speech, have it running at its best.

That's good to know. I'm going to test out the scanner soon to make sure I'll be able to see what I want when we scan him.

Consent, absolutely. Equipment and skill are the things in question. And given where the best point of entry would be, it would have to be a conscious surgery.

Then we should be Absolutely Certain we have the equipment and skill.

[Because if they have to be conscious, Raven's already likely to be enlisted to pain-block. Which will be more difficult if they don't have the proper stuff.]
