grasshopper fifteen, video from standard coach to all

Heya everyone! Last mission got me thinking about supplies some more, and what'd help to have beyond just healing. Plus, things we could be doing before a mission comes up to be prepared, you know?

So food's good to take, plus having some containers to take it in. Water bottles or somethin'--I know we can buy those from the train shop, but newbies can't get them with just three points.

What else do you guys think'd be good? And maybe some of us can prepare food for a mission before it comes up too? Or we can buy somethin' in too that keeps. [ He waves a hand. ]

I know some feel like they're not doing much 'cause they can't fight, so maybe we can come up with some ideas! Plus, you know--these missions aren't just 'bout fighting either. Soo, I just thought it'd be good to talk about.

Well--see ya around!

A few, actually. Lembas is my go to, because, well...it's Lembas! [He laughs. It might be an elven thing.]

But I can make other items that can keep well, at least as long as the mission is projected to last. Absolutely. If anyone wants to help, I'm usually at it in the evening after the Train dims the lights between the time we pick up new passengers and when the mission starts.

I also now have seeds coming to grow the herbs needed to make healing salve, which is excellent for minor scratches, bruises, etc. The things that you don't want to waste a potion on because they are minor, but if you get enough of them, they can really tire you out and wear you down.

Slap on a little salve before sleeping, you are usually right as rain by morning. It also speeds healing of more serious wounds if you don't happen to have a potion or magic user available.

We can ask for input. Dried carrot jerky is...edible. But I still prefer Lembas. It has kept my people going for over Four Ages.
