Heya everyone! Last mission got me thinking about supplies some more, and what'd help to have beyond just healing. Plus, things we could be doing before a mission comes up to be prepared, you know?

So food's good to take, plus having some containers to take it in. Water bottles or somethin'--I know we can buy those from the train shop, but newbies can't get them with just three points.

What else do you guys think'd be good? And maybe some of us can prepare food for a mission before it comes up too? Or we can buy somethin' in too that keeps. [ He waves a hand. ]

I know some feel like they're not doing much 'cause they can't fight, so maybe we can come up with some ideas! Plus, you know--these missions aren't just 'bout fighting either. Soo, I just thought it'd be good to talk about.

Hey, sure, I know, I lived off fish and eggs! But Allen was saying he eats about five times what other people do, so I'm just wondering what we can give to bulk that up, you know? And save some room.

[ Especially if there are issues with the Arm Bands carrying more than just a few things... they have to still think about storage! ]

We can always see about getting protein bars, I guess... and shakes?

[ WOW he doesn't mean to go quiet all of a sudden, but ever since that dream - that nightmare - he's been thinking a lot about someone, a very particular someone, and all this talk of nutrition, getting calories in, packing in weight to stay healthy-

- He remembers details, though murky they may be. Very particular details. ]

[ Don't worry, he's still on the other end of the line. ]

There's this milk drink that comes in small cans, from back home. It's a meal replacement, so it's meant to condense the nutrition and calories you'd normally receive in one whole meal into that entire serving of milk. I'll try and recall the name, but I don't see why that can't be ordered.

[ He adds casually: ] It comes in three flavors, too.

[ Roland could just be thinking with that smart brain of his, so no worry there. And he comes with a response, one that Tidus responds optimistically to. ]

Alright then! If we get them, I'll make that friend of mine into a test net to try them out. Man, [ a small chuckle, ] I hope we're gonna have enough points for all this.

Don't worry. Believe in what you're doing. You will. I'm sure more people will volunteer to use their points for the benefit of the whole train. I don't doubt that at all.

[ And really, he doesn't sound like he's just saying that for kicks. ] Bet you're glad we're on a race for the most points, huh? You're welcome.

[ Pah. ] You know I barely did any chores last month, right? I dunno what made the train give me all those... for all I know we could be getting zilch!

Just 'cause I got around a hundred on the last mission doesn't mean I will this one. Yuna barely got any on her last mission, and she's the most hardworking, dedicated person I know!

Tidus. You're so romantic. [ Said in the driest quip possible. ] But then again, you've just given me an idea on what to leave as feedback for this darn train.

[ He actually doesn't reply for a while, because he types really slow... But as soon as he finishes sending his feedback, he returns to this channel no problem. ]

To tell us how they award people points on this thing. That shouldn't even be classified information. How is it fair if everyone's kept in the dark about how to earn merit around here?

Well you coulda helped me complain about having no clocks 'round here! That's way more important!

I can add my feedback about it now? [ It's a middle-ground offer! ] Though, does time even work the same way when you're traveling through voids? Can't you just time your day according to when the lights go dim on the train?

What, you mean when they suddenly go dim? What about the rest of the time? The days aren't short, [ whatever exactly counts on the train as a day. ]

You can't plan anything like this! It's just, 'yeah, we'll do this thing later', or 'this day'.

[ He is silent for a while again, because you know what kid? He likes you enough to actually go do that. Roland sighs inwardly, looking way too amused, and starts typing down feedback for Tidus. ]

...That's a good point, and I like to support ideas that help more than one person. I hope the train listens.

[ Is all he's going to say. Punkkkkkk. ]

Thanks! See? I want people to run activities easier, and classes! And I was thinking a long time ago 'bout helping get some sports classes going. Or just learning new games or something, you know?

Alright, all good ideas! Sounds like you're about to run a school with all your plans lined up. Teacher Tidus does have a nice ring to it.

Where'd you get that? [ Pfft, honestly Roland! ] I just wanna help people learn some ways to burn time, and with sports, you need more than one person to have a good time!

I'll even teach you something, if you want. You already know any ball games?

[ He chuckles under his breath. ] Okay then. Not a teacher. A coach. Coach Tidus. Sounds even better.

[ Roland shakes his head, smile fading as he recalls experiences in the First World. ] Afraid not. I know of ball games from back home, maybe played one or two as a requirement for school, but I never played just for leisure. [ A pause. He feels like Tidus might poke fun at him again for this, but Roland doesn't really care. ] I had different hobbies, as you can imagine. But hey, I'm a willing student and this body can take what training you can dish out. [ Why bother hiding it? IT's true! ]

[ Oh, Tidus remembers some of those different hobbies. Still got to know if he really collected toy robots, however...! ]

Then I'll get you to help me test out a few of them! There's a few different ones, but not all of them seem that great for the gymnasium we have, so I wanna pick the best ones. Plus I'll ask what people already like here too, [ he adds, since that's important as well. ]

So far I'm thinking badminton, tennis, and volleyball. I'll show you them later. Might even get a couple other friends to help too.

I used to watch a lot of badminton, when I was still lobbying for office. [ He may have even taken a date or two to a game. You don't know his life! His youth! Not so dazzling now, but it's a fond memory, distant as it is... ] Looks like I'm volunteering for more than just one thing today.

[ You know, he's been rather ugghh about doing any sports or training since it's still so soon after the mission, but this is giving him an itch. ]

I should ask people to help me ask for clocks. Hey, you ask your friends too! And you should look at the ICP in the gymnasium and see what games you like the sound of!

I can't believe this train has shuttlecocks for badminton...It sure knows its priorities. [ He quips that really dryly. He lets Tidus slowly build up to that excitement, because Roland is supportive, and truly enjoys enthusiasm in the Youth. Ya'll are the future! ]
