Should anyone be hungry, there is a pot of bacon and vegetable stew in the kitchen courtesy of red team's assignment, have at it. Be advised it contains things, so if you are allergic to things, don't eat it.

[investigating the kitchen will indeed find a stew. Hearty, tasty enough and far more veg than bacon.]

Certainly, if you wish. It's my team's turn at the culinary arts this week, but there's no harm at all in having someone else's tastebuds along. I intend to try these ..crab and bacon rolls I found a recipe for, in a day or two..

Crab and bacon rolls? That seems like an odd combo but it's something that might be really good.

It's on the official train list of recipes, so it can't be completely awful. I feel it might pair well with a sweet goat cheese but my chances of getting that is pretty slim..

If you manage to get goat milk or any other type of milk product you could make the cheese yourself? I can easily help with that as it's a simple process.

And there's the rub! How to get one's hands on good, clean milk even. I trust not all of the things the train provides. Well meaning though our supplier might be, it could be ... manufactured. I intend to make a shopping list for when next we set foot upon some star or other! ..Actually, now that I think upon it, such a list would be best added to by those present, and then handed out to everyone to maximize our chances of finding something useful..

That's a really good idea, if you split the list up per each team then we'll be able to gather more items and then we can cook better food. I can help ask around if they'll help if you want?

Hm. Why not? I'm no steward, but surely there are those about who have a better idea of what might be useful to have on hand. .. And perhaps in turn what might be useful to trade away.
