Voice | Day 18
So question that I am curious about, to say the least.
[He wasn't sure if he was going to get a decent amount of answers, but at least one of his questions was more for the fact that sometimes training alone was rather boring at times. There was only so much you could do.]
I will admit that suddenly finding myself in a new place is not exactly new to me, so it got me wondering if perhaps maybe I'm not the only one whose been elsewhere apart from home before. Am I the only one, or are there others?
[That was at least one of them done and out the way.]
The other question is about people who train in the gym? One what kind of training do people usually do there and also would it be okay if I were to join at some point? I really do not want to get rusty at all.

Both. I'm one. I've heard of others.
[ Audio ]
But it's nice to know I'm not the only one, that's comforting a little bit.

Anyone is welcome to train in the gym at any time. If you need a sparring partner one can easily be arranged. Myself, Lightning, and many others are consistently available for help in finding an appropriately skilled opponent for practice and/or training purposes.
Special abilities and magic can also be matched appropriately if that is of any concern.
[ Audio ]
But I will take this into account, though always training with someone I find is always beneficial. I just like to make sure my skills are up to par.
[ Audio ]
That was the consideration of many of the ones that train here. The other half have no previous skill and come to learn from those that do. You won't be in the minority though to want to keep your skills sharp.

[He wondered how much training a day he could really get away with. He figured he might as well test that out at some point or something.]
So apart from the training what else is there around this train?

Yeah; there's more than a few of us who've been through this whole rigmarole before. Did yours have a name or place it centered on?
... We can talk about it in person if you'd rather; my name's Nita.
[Audio]
[And there were so many to just list, he knew it might take a while.]
I am fine either way, but it is nice to speak to you, my name is Allen. Allen Walker.
Re: [Audio]
Good to meet you, Allen.
I guess the important thing to ask is, how did those journeys end? Were people just sent back to their worlds at random, or did something specific have to happen first?
[Audio]
Though I do believe that for the first place I ended up with defeating the Heartless and saving the worlds would have been able to get us back home eventually.
Re: [Audio]
That seems like a staple for these scenarios for some reason.
[To the point where being able to go back home after Waking seems like an exception.]
Heartless, though, huh? I've heard of them; Naminé might want to talk to you about that sometime, if you know who she is.
Or Terra, though I don't know him as well; she's my roommate.

Can't answer that last one. I've seen a couple big guys doing stuff there so I'm guessin it's a common thing? I prefer running.

[Plus they had a training room and not really a good idea to go running in the Order.]
But not sure if one could do running here either.
[Audio]
But hey, we all do what we do. You have your way, I have mine. Though... I'm probably gunna have to find a new way now. Dang it.

[he may have been better at modern things than most people from the victorian age, but there were still things even he didn't know about.]

Parkour is ... a sport, I guess? A type of training? Some people call it Freerunning, although they are not quite the same thing. The aim is to get from one point to another in a complex environment, without assistive equipment and in the fastest and most efficient way possible. Wether that's over a wall or up a building or whatever. Freerunning is more showy - flips and twists, where parkour's just about getting from A to B.
The Floor is Lava is a game that supposes exactly that - the floor is lava, you can't stand on it. So the aim is to get across the train without touching the floor at all!

[It made no sense, but then again this comes across someone whose never really had that much fun in his life and instead focused on training and doing a job.]
The freerunning or Parkour sounds interesting though, I suppose.
no subject
Of course it does. It's a game. It doesn't have to make sense, just be fun. I mean. We could just say "first one to touch the ground loses", but it's much more fun to say "YOU CANT TOUCH THE GROUND OR YOU'LL DIE"
