Yeah, hello and greetings to all of us on the Voidtrecker Express. My name's Lan Jingyi for those who don't know me, and I'm still Lan Jingyi even if you know me.
( he did cup his fist to bow to the camera, but now he's waving a hand in front of himself, as if dismissing the . )
Do any of you know practical forms of practising this CPR stuff? I get the idea, and since technically we aren't supposed to go around using our energies on each other without being careful I get why it's important, but how do you practise any of this practically?
( someone fully reviewed the First Aid course after pulling together in the wake of the most recent one day exhaustion of mission assistance. only the CPR stuff is just taunting him when there's enough people mortal here he doesn't want to actively injure them worse if it ever comes up, thanks. )
Second, if anyone is................................................ of a spiritual persuasion, and is up for working with me on something involving truth telling, let me know.
( he reaches to turn off the ICP from live recording, then pauses, and pulls his hand back to point at the screen. he doesn't really think any of this is an issue, and mostly he's handling the 'don't yell at me randomly' part, but: )
Right! Third thing, I'm going flying in the garden carriage 'tonight', which means if you run through and use weather you get to deal with dripping dragon, that's not on me. Also no peeping, or shouting, both are annoying, thank you, goodbye.

( have the scroll mention, really, because he's not sure how to explain Video any better than he's internalised it to be. )
You just get here, or were you here from last platform?

--I'm Xie'er from the Tai Hu Sect.
If this is medical knowledge I wanted to learn as well.

I'm Lan Jingyi of Gusu Lan. ( sure, that's the region and his clan, but it carries the intent of it being his sect, too. his hands fall back down as he continues: )
May your path remain clear, Xie-xiong.
( ... like heck he's using what sounds like a way too intimate address, thanks, you can be going master scorpion, it's fine!!? )
I can show you how to watch the thing, but don't ask me about the CPR.
no subject
I believe I met Lan WangJi from your sect.
[While Jingy's responses were a bit intimate...he didn't comment on it or seemed bothered. Really, he was just happy to meet more people closeer to his world.]
I would appreciate your help. Perhaps, once I watch it I can understand the practice a bit more.

... also only had one name. Some, like Xie-xiong, only had one syllable too! )
Hanguang-jun is one of our most brilliant sect members, unparalleled in his skill!
( He's so serious and yet also smiling when he says this, which is the first reason he's had yet to smile today. It leaves him in the kind of better mood that has him shrugging and going: )
Yeah, sure, we can arrange a time. Since all the ICPs are set into walls or else swivel on an arm-thing in the cabins, pick wherever you like, we can review the thing there. Most the rest of what it says makes enough sense without worrying over force applied or anything like that.

Thank you. My schedule isn't exactly filled at the moment, so I can make mine work around yours. I think....I have laundry detail? But I don't know how to use the equipement used to wash the clothes.
And if I wanted to help in the medical field how can I go about it?
no subject
Yeah, of course he is!
( Though he at least doesn't extol virtues of one of his two childhood heroes, and instead moves forward. )
I'm not really the medical guy, maybe you can reach out to Ryo and talk with him about it? You can ask for him on this thing, it's not like we don't all live on top of each other here.
( Said with something of a shrug, and then he ponders, canting his head a touch. )
Tomorrow sound good? After breakfast, then you can go on to laundry, which really is easier than it is back home, the machines do all the scrubbing for you, mostly.
no subject
I'll be sure to look for this Ryo person then. And tomorrow sounds good.
----they do all the scrubbing for you?
[Xie'er appeared to be shocked by the news. This would save so much time and not be an all day project.]

"For the most part? I don't know, I haven't dealt with any stubborn stains." Blood had other ways to come out, and he hadn't trusted the machines for washing to deal with it.
"There are lines for hanging everything to dry in the same carriage as the machines for washing."
no subject
[He was going to have to look at the laundry room later to learn how to operate the machines and see what it was like.]

Another shrugging motion, and he waves a hand at the screen. In this he knows he's only so helpful, there are others to tap to better understand the technologies, but he'd been learning them and had a familiarity he could pass along when he could.
"There's plenty of people here better at explaining, one of them would have, eventually."
no subject
[He then gives another bow before signing off to do more exploring.]
