Fellow passengers of the train, good morning! I made a request for an item and I wasn't actually sure if I'd get it or what it would be if I did, but...

[And he shows off what arrived for him... which just basically looks like a large box]

It is mobile suit cockpit simulator! So it's like piloting a mobile suit without actually piloting one!

[He very briefly showed off the inside of it, which looked like a cockpit]

Once I get it to the games carriage, I'm going to take a look at the options already programmed and add as many as I remember. It'll be available for anyone to try out. Also if you have one that would be piloted like that, I can try to add yours.

Action
Quatre can either be found in the luggage carriage, trying to figure out to move this very large object... or he can be found in the games carriage once it has been moved, checking what has already been programmed into the system.

Oh? What did it look like?

[He nodded] The Taurus was pretty quick. It was one of their newer designs.

Forty meters tall. Covered in twenty mega beam cannons, among other weapons. ...purple.

[ Slow, but inexorable. ]

I do think a more nimble machine puts my skill to better use, at least.

Forty meters... That is a very big mobile suit indeed.

[He's trying to picture it even though he knows in his head what that should be]

Sounds good. You can start up the simulator for the Taurus and if you have any questions about the controls, I can help with that.

It was something of a superweapon... meant to use a newtype as a singular force in battle.

[ She flicks through settings and such in the simulator. ]

Just another way to use us as mere weapons.

[Quatre frowned] I'm sorry to hear that. It's... easy to forget even in a normal case that there is someone inside the suit that you are fighting because it is essentially a mask. I tried not to forget that. No one is merely just a weapon.

[Several of his teammates had thought they were just weapons or that their life had no purpose if they weren't fighting so he had seen it]

The further away, the more barriers in the way...

[ But there were reasons to fight, regardless. That's why she kept up her training. ]

That's the way it always seems. Granted, there's no mobiles suits that big in here, but if you give me some more details about your suit, I can try and build it in the system as much as possible if you wanted to practice with it.

I might be better off with something simpler anyways. Better practice for the basics.

Probably a good idea. I don't have any of the Gundams loaded yet. Taurus is the most advanced of the set. Leo would be one of the more simpler ones for practicing the basics.

Perhaps a bit too simple, although I wouldn't mind comparing the specs to that of the Zaku.

If the Zaku is their basic unit, then that would be the Leo. [Quatre leaned over to bring up the diagram that showed up on the screen so she could see it] Taurus, I guess, would be a simple version of a Gundam.

The Zaku was well before my time... I suppose you haven't had as much time for mobile suit advancement.

[ Or perhaps the need. ]

No, not really. Most of the suits were the same ones that were always used. There was no reason for them to work on others. It was because of our Gundams that they started trying to build mobile suits that could fight back against them. So we were really the reason for advancement.

I suppose a hegemon with the only mobile suits wouldn't need to account for ever fighting enemy mobile suits - Zeon's advantage there didn't last long.

[He nodded] We were the thing that caused them to panic and start trying to figure out other methods. Zeon was the same then?
