Ugh, okay, so I was thinking about what I said earlier and I wanted to be sure I be clear about a few things.

Just so you know, I think we're all lousy about being team players. Even without the actual team stuff - blue, green, yellow, red, that kind. [ Why did he say yellow?? Now's not the time. ] Sometimes we're great at it, but other times we're bad. We have- blind spots! Everyone's got them, even you! But the thing about teams right, you get to come together, work on them. You trust your pals to do what they're good at and cover you, and you do the same!

But here, we're always changing - there's way too many of us, and we leave and we have no reason to listen to this guy or that guy. And there's nothing wrong with that - we all do a pretty good job considering what a mess this is! Who wants this to be like a military anyway? That sucks!

All I'm trying or wanted to say is, we're never going to be great at covering each other, 'cause--
