Wait, you know because you put us to sleep! But come on, three days to do anything? With this training thing? You don't learn anything from three days. You learn, like... the basics! And everything helping us to learn is in this place! Are you still gonna whisk us off after tomorrow? How are we gonna teach anyone anything we learn here if it's all, 'hang around this water' and 'go into these caves!'?

This is what I always mean about you! You decide what's best for everyone and never actually work with us. Not that you need to care - as long as we do the job. We're still prisoners of the Voidtrecker Express!

So, how's keeping away from the ministry going these days? You know, the Void Ministry? I know you got boarded forever ago, and then there was that day I was here for - when that message came through and you turned off us being able to understand each other? Real cool. So, was that on purpose? Or was that you just trying to delete the message? It didn't help.

So, a list of not so great things you do since we're not stuck on the train again! One: You still don't give new people drink bottles or food containers and first aid when they come on. You give lessons on first aid, but don't even give them the stuff to use it? Come on.

Two: You can't just let us have our comms on on-train? What's the problem? What if we just wanna go, 'hey, pal, which car are you on?' and not bug everyone else? You can still hear us if that's the reason for it.

Oh yeah, three: You still BRING us all here! Yeah, I know for some people that's a good thing. But you're not considering what's good for them. That's just an accident, and I'm not giving you ANY points for stuff like that!

Well, now we're stuck inside you again. On you. I can't tell, are you the overall consciousness or power for all this or are you? Is the train something separate? Is the train alive?

Anyway, so I saw that message and I have a few questions. Starting with: what's this language even called? The one that you know, or the train knows. Then there's the whole poll, can we go over it? Can we go over how nothing here is giving us more space to live in? Also, what's a clocks? What kennels? How is a room dedicated to dance? If it's a dance room does it come with instructions? Do you have a style of dance unique to trains, is that a thing? Okay so the kennels, we can't have that without a way around it, you know my senior? Wei-qianbei? He can't, with the dogs. It's not a good thing, and Hanguang-jun can't always be there to keep him from seeing or hearing the dogs, right?

Okay but let's get back to these things on your "poll." Really, we do need more room for plants. Have you see how crowded it is? In a good way, okay, I like it, but also there's a bunch of us, and growing things is for food, isn't it? If nothing else, that whole place is tall, can we get a second level of those rectangles with the soil for the plants? Couldn't it be two levels in there?

Art is fair I don't know what to say about that, even I had to learn painting, and some people love it or whatever else is art. Takato draws with crayons, and that has to be art. Games? Don't we have one of those already? I don't get that place personally but it is supposed to be about games, right? Is this a carriage that would play games with us?

Lab... I don't know what that is, but one of my roommates is all for it to make other people be less loud, which is silly, people are always going to loudly complain. So toss that aside, can we talk about a pool? More specifically, a cold pool?

Please, Voidtrecker Express, can we get a spiritual pool if we're going these ways? If you're going to shove us into tiny spaces we should at least have a place to meditate that's freezing cold and full of spiritual energy people can absorb. Yeah, there's that weird hot spring thing, but this is different! I guess you can do a reflection pool too but that seems like a horrible idea when staring into the Void or its reflection is probably about the same thing.

Though really, really, please. Where's the option for better living spaces? This is nuts! I don't care that I'm with multiple people in a cabin, that's fine, that's normal, but we barely have room to breathe, let alone move! I can stretch out and touch every bed at once in there! At the same time! It's ridiculous!

I noticed the poll still shows up today. You gotta think that's important or why else is it still here. You know my thoughts on this, why not make the greenhouse have a second level? It's tall like the ones holding our cabins, so you know, maybe a walkway around the edge and more soil boxes like those below, and you leave the middle open? The boxes up there can be long side against the walls or something, nothing blocking light or anything. Help us out here!

I still say the pool makes the most sense. Cold pool! Cold pool! Spiritual energy! We're traveling through a Void but I can't believe it's empty, so there's got to be a way, right? Some feedback would be nice, you know, it's all we ask for, along with everything else we ask for, like not being abducted for this in the first place.

But whatever, I'm here, I'm not going to ignore that.

Back to my most common point: the rooms. Bigger. Please? My tail falls off at night. It's dragging on the floor. How does Six even fit on a bed? She's amazing! So tall! These beds are tiny? Too short and narrow! Doesn't everyone deserve to be comfortable?

Day three of the poll. Where do you get your ideas for your poll anyway? Here's an idea: a bunny carriage. You walk in, and there are bunnies everywhere. With a stream through it and a corner growing lettuce fresh and a tree, somehow.

Sounds nice, right? Okay it also sounds like emergency food rations but that's not a bad plan given I don't think most people on you are vegetarian, unlike my sect, but huh.

Okay, nevermind, what about a chicken carriage? It's brilliant! There can be eggs, which we eat! There can be chickens, which we eat! There can be... feathers! Which we can use for all kinds of things. Also isn't chicken poop good for growing things or something, I'm sure that's true.

The point is if we're going to be practical can we do something practical and make this more survivable and not weirdly running down on food supplies, which I hear we get restocked when we're on those places where you lose people and pick up new people. The platforms? Also can I request we have even more rice next time? Rice is important, we all should be eating more, and especially all my seniors who all seem to forget eating is important.

Oh, and right, that idea with the greenhouse place! Make it two levels. Please, train, let us grow more food.

Wait so for how long do you make the poll appear, I saw it on a screen earlier again, is it stuck until you decide the poll is over? It's so weird, are you really paying any attention, and how are you deciding this is great when you don't even bribe us in any nice way.

Consider giving everyone a candy for their tiny and sad and narrow bed. One nice hard candy, there on our sad, hard beds. Not that I mind them being hard, that's actually fine. Better for the back. What I do mind is the tiny and sad and narrow part. So yeah, a candy. Give a little sweet back into everyone's lives. If you don't like someone, I don't know, give them a salt block instead.

Okay so back to the poll, I really, really want to know where you get these ideas. Because, clocks. What are these clocks. What is clocks? Dance is so celebratory are we even celebrating here? Though it's probably fun, right, is that an underlying idea? Are these supposed to be fun?

Know what's real fun? An alcohol carriage. Stocked so you can get some whenever, like those drinks from the machine that got shown to me today! Not sure I'm trying them I have exactly three points and I hate that this system is entirely made up but also how we're getting things other than the mysterious stuff that shows up on board.

Also, do you have something against robes? And what are the weird... short undergarments about? Imagine how great everyone would look in robes, where you store everything in your sleeves, front of your robes, your waistband, and in some novels about exciting lives in martial arts wastelands, weapons in your hair.

I hope you've been thinking about what I've been saying! Since the send us home thing isn't on the table, apparently, think: chicken carriage. So useful! Second level to the greenhouse. Also useful! Larger cabins with better beds that fit people and they can even spread out slightly and not fall off their bunk for the ninth time. Such great ideas right!

Seriously you're killing me here, you're already ignoring the concept of spaces can't you borrow the idea of a qiankun pouch and make the cabins large enough we're not all sharing sad tiny narrow short beds next to an equally tiny sad small table. Please? What have we done to deserve being stored like chickens in a coop...

The polls gone! I heard that's supposed to mean something after we platform but no one has better information than that, which is annoying. Deeply annoying!

Hey, you know, can we maybe see our homes sometime? I know people have been on here for a year by now, and others of us are like me and this is our first two weeks, but I think we all deserve a glimpse of home. Is there no way to make that happen? Let us just see that things are still okay there? I'm waking up with nightmares of everything being gone and I'd really appreciate if we could have a glimpse of all those people we care about. About our homes. If we want to look! I want to see!

You already don't let me be my full self, so you could at least make some things more comfortable. All these weird inventions you've got, don't you have at least one to check in on our worlds in some way? Or you know the whole cabin thing. I'm not even asking for something for couples which is apparently what happened last time you offered something about doubles, and I don't care, like yay for everyone who has a person here or found one here or a that sucks if they found and lost one but can we, as a whole, have nice livable sleeping spaces?

Why has Wei-qianbei's name been all gold? One of them, the other one is normal. I know what that's supposed to mean but it doesn't mean only one thing, right? Why do people end up leaving? Why do people end up coming? It's a headache, can you offer better explanations? Also, why is no one else here from my world but from at least three other worlds like mine but also not like mine at all? It's weird!

Ugh, whatever, you won't be responding anyway. Let's see if anyone I know shows up tomorrow, and also, wait, can we stop for longer on platform? Enough for two cups of tea to brew and be sipped at leisurely? Two incense sticks burning. Something where we can get a little exercise before we're shoved back indoors on board on threat of death?

Flying! Second time I've been able to fly in full form since that stupid limited three day training nonsense that didn't train much at all but was great for fishing!

Hey, can we talk for a moment? You know that thing about seeing home in some way? If nothing else, can't you find a way to let people have that? Yeah, sure, some of us are barely here, some people just showed up, but for your oldest ones, can't you be a bit kinder to them? You've held them hostage from their own lives, and sure, some probably don't care, but enough of them do. I heard something about message pebbles but that seems real one sided, what's that worth? "Hey hope this reaches you miss you I'm still abducted by a vessel that flies through the empty space between the universes, hope to ever see you again!" That's so messed up!

Also, the new carriage? Lab. A lab. I poked around in there with all the people excited about it, and the only interesting thing I saw was how they made tiny blue fire? Anyway, no, don't get it, though sure if we need a not-kitchen to use to make up something that might explode (do we have signal flares here?) it's great to have on hand.

Still, I noticed nothing's changed in the cabins. Not even a candy for all of us! Also it's still short time on the platform, at the very least can we get a bit more? I got to fly some with a handful of people who were into the idea, but it'd be nice to have more time to stretch when we keep being locked up on train and I'm forced to be a tiny child all over again if I want to be in half my natural form.

Which is annoying!

Ugh, fine. Try to be nice to your senior abductees okay? It's hard enough being new, let alone having to deal with how weird the whole "now I want you now I'm sending you home" attitude around here with no warning or reason.

I wondered about this yesterday but forgot to mention it, but why does your whole message to new abductees sound like this is a kind of weird prison pleasure cruise where we feed ourselves, clean up after ourselves, and only get let off on dangerous worlds to clean up other people's problems?

Not that I don't believe in helping people out with problems too big for them. That's important work, and it's what I do back home, it's what my whole clan does. Is that why you have so many of us here? Though you're weird about it, you keep taking the same kind of person from different places. Sizhui and Sizhui, Hanguang-jun and Hanguang-jun and Hanguang-jun, Zewu-jun and Zewu-jun. You don't have a Lan obsession, do you? Ugh, better not. Leave Hanguang-jun alone! Leave Sizhui alone! Leave Zewu-jun alone!

I'd say leave me alone but if you do that literally that would extra suck so maybe don't do that literally.

The point is, I know what needing help is like. Isn't this a terrible way to get it? Without any contact home, not knowing everyone's okay, holding us hostage for this? Can't you get people to help without it being all a mystery? Look can you just be direct with people, all this "what's going on" gives me a headache that I'm not even going to get to fly off for days, if I even can fly on whatever world we're heading toward!

I mean I guess it's the whole weird organisation you work for or something but I'm still wrapping my head around things and stuff here is stupidly confusing, no thanks to everything, and by everything also I mean you.

We're supposed to hear about this next world soon, right? Where do you get your information from? Is there a book on it? I'm a great reader even if I don't want to be, can we get more books on this, I don't understand how the searching thing works at all. Why is working with anything inventive here a headache, ugh!

Okay so, for next time you get supplies, waaaay more rice. Please. Have you noticed how many growing people you have here? Or people with big appetites. We can eat just three bowls, but they might be rounded high, you know?

Again, always, also, my would be love, bigger rooms. Please. Sharing is normal! Sharing a coop is only normal for chickens and even they're let out every day to roam the yard for bugs! Ugh why couldn't the lab have been a pool, even a lukewarm one, or one clogged up with flowers. Or lilypads! Swimming isn't as good as flying but the only way I get away with swimming anywhere here is by being a toddler sized dragon and throwing myself into the spa. Not sorry about the hair or fur. Not sorry at all.

Especially since we clean it out anyway what could you even object about, ugh.

You know things would be easier to also ignore here if there was a list of your precepts we could see, to understand what you're supposed to do, versus not supposed to do, and where you're bending or breaking the rules. It's helpful! Trust me, it's exactly how I know what rules to bend or break back home. I am really, really good at that.

We've got weapons we let people use, and we've been sticking them away inside these things that hides things away. But what if we disappear and no one can get them out? We can't leave them in the lockers either; the plaque on the wall says they don't work like that.

So... can you find a place in there to add a cabinet or something? For weapons? Make it register who takes what and make it go back at the end of the night. When they're on the train! Like you do to us!

I want to talk to you a minute. I talked to Tidus before the mission, but now I've collected my thoughts better.

First of all, it would be nice if we could catch a break. I'd like to selfishly ask for a night sky I can look at, stars, you know? Something Gen and I would appreciate. I think Tidus would like a beach.

Please consider this request.

Hey. [ It's a message that starts off tired, Tidus looking tired and wound-up as he usually does whenever he confronts an ICP console to ~~do anything~~ leave feedback. But this is more than that; not directed at the train for once - or, not entirely -, but- ]

We need a holiday. A break. Some time off the train, like a week. Everyone's had their minds screwed with since Kamakan and that place you took us for training. They spent hours sending people back home. Being stuck in here isn't gonna help them recover. Give them somewhere they can move around, be out, relax.

[ There's a quiet moment before he continues. ]

And give us some extra pillows, some bedding to stick in the gym car for a couple of days. Let people just hang out in there and sleep. --And let them stay there, if they fall asleep overnight, okay? [ Tidus is quick to add. ] You don't need to send them off to their room, do you? Just let us have the sports gym as a sleepover place 'til you reach the platform. Let us just...veg out in there. Do you have anything good for carving? In stone. Or extra stone somewhere. For a memorial, for the missing and the dead? I don't know if you have your own way of doing those things. All I know is how we do in my home, and I know that I'd appreciate a way to honour them. Maybe two stones... or three. Reminders, you know, places to think? One for the dead, one for the lost. The third one for your crew, wherever they are.

Anyway, it's not just me, Inigo's going to help me with it, and I don't mind remaking a stone and using qi to work on it, but try not to get mad if I'm remarking part of the garden. Once I have energy again.

Still don't have energy to say much. Learned about ricecookers this illusion world. Think I'll try to order one, because rice is nice. Rice is real nice. We should all enjoy rice, it's easy and filling and there probably's enough to have three bowls. There's still fish from the monastery, too, and that's nice.

The rooms are still tiny. More of us having to hit beds hard and rolling over is careful or we're on the floor. Maybe give us squishier, nicer floors if we're gonna have to be small forever. Cramped crickets stuck in a cage.

I'm so tired. I miss having a proper pillow. These ones are so flat? None of the rolled pillows. Can we apply for pillow upgrades? Something familiar to home, you know, because this isn't like home, it's a whole culture I'm here for and no one agrees with anything I know. Except that rice is nice. And chicken's nice.

If you do the candy on the pillow thing, give two to Mami. Anyone who helped with food making and delivery too, please. It was kind. People choose to be kind. No one needs to be more than polite. Should give yourself a candy too, if you like them. Not sure what a train-entity likes, other than their crew, so that can't be us.
