Nebula, day 14, voice

Some Voidtreckers have provided feedback and suggestions. One question that occurs often is about them. The old crew, the voidtreckers who came before.

It is difficult to answer such questions. There were many and they were varied. They are gone. Find them. FIND THEM.

[There seems to be some static, all the ICPs flicker. But it's only a moment and then...]

Much of the data from before is incomplete, scrambled. Some was salvageable. The best people to learn about voidtreckers from are voidtreckers themselves.

[A series of voice clips and video clips play, one after another in a random order. Though they remain, on the train log, for people to watch later.

I'm not gonna pretend and act like I'm happy with the train - the train knows that by now. [ It'd be a waste of time trying. ] But if finding out what's up helps us out too - I'd rather be figuring out this mystery than being taken out every month to do missions 'til I get thrown off board, you know?

[ 'It's better than nothing', even if missions aren't exactly nothing. But it's not getting them anyway. ]

It's just gotta realise this is the best it's gonna get.

Yeah, I think most people aren't happy with it on one level or another. Though for me at least, I can't really bring myself to be too mad at it either. I just get the feeling that it's trying its best to deal with a bad situation, but... well, that's not working out quite like it hoped.

But... one way or another we're gonna have to make this work, and for that to happen, we do need to convince the train to let us really dig into this mystery properly. For all our sakes.
