This is one of those "I can't believe I have to say this" kind of deals, so buckle up, folks.

Guys? I know I'm really amazing, very cool, and all around unbelievable. I'm so many things, it's hard to list them all. But one thing I'm not?

A deity. Yes, I am in fact, 100%, absolutely and truly not a goddess. And no, I'm not a demi-goddess either. Not a single trace of divinity in me. I won't name names, but this has happened about three or four times now. Just thought I'd mention it in case there's anyone else out there with this assumption.

... Y'know what? It's a new month, and that means we're getting newbies. Maybe now's a good time for everyone to sweep any other misunderstandings under the rug. So, if there's anything you wanna clear up about yourself, your world, your species, whatever, go for it.

No. On the off chance that it's the ultraviolet radiation that causes harm, I'd prefer not to find out the hard way. I could heal from it but ... why endure the pain? And yet in spite of being a vampire, I've managed to maintain a skin tone that isn't deathlike, so I have no need of tanning.

Garlic is no issue, though too much of it makes me a bit stuffy. Crucifixes are harmless, as is holy water. I can see myself in a mirror as well.

Hm... I think those are all the basic tropes! I was almost gunna ask about stakes through the heart, but, really, who wouldn't that kill?

... Although I've never been staked through the heart, I'm not sure that could cause a greater wound than being beheaded; it might not work. You'll understand if I'm reluctant to test it, on the off chance something so ridiculously specific is effective.
