[It's Masumi, this time in the library with two books. She's got a fairly serious look, indicating that she's really got something on her mind.]
Hey everyone. For anyone here unaware, we went on a mission earlier in the month that involved this...void coloured being messing with everyone's minds. At one point though, they said something about a place called Diagad while me and Tidus were trying to help someone. I looked it up in the book search, and got these two books.
[She holds up two books. One is titled 'Ten Moments of: Diagad', while the other is titled 'Diagad: A Brief Overview'. After a moment, she puts the books back down.]
What I got out of these is that Diagad is a non void active world, but had been making void related discoveries and there was talk of whether to bring them into the void network. What's odd is that the being from the mission talked about the world in past tense, as if something happened, but these books don't seem to say anything about that. To be specific, they said something about no sky being real and that 'they will all crumble into ash' before mentioning that Diagad had purple skies.
[She sighs.]
Either the train is hiding info from us, or something happened but no one knows, which is ridiculous. Either way, I'll be putting these books into the library if anyone wants to read them, and I'm open to discussion about this.

Perhaps a stretch, but it has been noted that if a planet cannot be saved Vee's evacuated the crew and taken off again. It's possible that she attempted to save Diagad and things went very badly.
But this is one of dozens of possible theories and still very little basis to currently research.

[She considers what she knows about the train’s homeworld, then sighs before deciding to share.]
…A while back, three of us were shown memories from the train. They aren’t here anymore, but I was shown the memories by one of them.
To make a very long story short, one of the memories showed the destruction of the train’s homeworld. There was a fight in space near the planet, and the train had shown up to turn the tide. Then something showed up in the sky, I don’t know what, but the train jumped back into the void. When she returned to the world moments later, everything was gone. The world, the space station for the train, the fighters, all just a bit of rubble. The only survivors were those still on the train when she fled into the void.
[And those survivors obviously aren’t here now…]

So it had a station to accept the train. Is there a possibility that there are at least some train station records? I can do a library search, for whatever that's worth. Any details you remember about it?
Not that it helps with Diagad any, but any answers are good at this point.

I'm not sure if there are records, but if it helps, the station was black and had 'Home Station of the Voidtrecker Express' written on the side. As for the thing, I don't know what that was. Whatever it was, it blotted out the stars when it arrived and it was enough to make the train jump into the void.
[So many unknowns about this.]

That doesn't sound like what we saw, but maybe was the same thing that destroyed both worlds.

[It's what she does as a detective, find things out.]
Let me know what you get out of that search, even if it's nothing.

I'll let you know if I find out any more void information, anyway. Right now I can tell you the metal from the Endless River is very volatile.
