But! Well! That was a bit of a question, wasn't it? What will make us happy. I mean, avoiding the existentiality of it because that is a broad spectrum requiring much deep thought and lots of poor decision making skills--

There are a lot of choices, and I don't know how to choose.

A lab would be nice. More labs. All the labs. A pool. Love a good pool. Good for barbeques and catching your falling wife from a fifty foot drop. ... er... that might be awkward too. Sorry. Plants. Could always use more of those. Double rooms well-- I'd rather be able to stay up as late as I like.

But clocks! Now, clocks are intriguing. What does that mean? Does it mean a room with clocks? Does it mean clocks throughout the train? And what kind of clocks? Wall clocks? Grandfather Clocks? Kicksey-Winseys? I had a Kicksey-Winsey once made by ...Bloody Stupid Johnson, I think is name was. Never did tell the time but every hour on the hour it would hunt you down and give you a boot in the rear. A great way to get things done if you get settled in one particular task.

Oh but I like art, and I love games.

I know. [Vegeta is certainly not lacking on self confidence and pride in himself, so he most certainly is not going to argue against such a compliment. And being compared to a troll doll would hardly be the most insulting thing thrown his way before, if he knew what one was.

However, not nearly as important as the idea of more food and cooking options.] That would be assuming we could find the materials to create said items on a list. There's not exactly a suitable location for manufacturing such things on this train, nor a source to gain materials for it. Unless you're suggesting just wishing for items to magically appear out of thin air, as that is hardly practical. [Not without the Dragon Balls at least...]

Well, it'll be an adventure, won't it? To see what we can put together. We can't rely on the train to always bring us what we want. It takes ingenuity, thinking on your feet, the willingness to say I want this thing so let's see what we can do to make it happen.

It certainly is along the lines of his own thinking, though less towards material items and more towards personal goals. Yet he wouldn't be him if he didn't think it was being used for pointless reasons, and to say so in a grumpy tone.] I don't care for adventure, [He's done plenty of that already.] And I have no desire to play around with devices and trinkets. I'll leave that for the inventors and builders here.

[Rather than be annoyed at her reply, Vegeta just give a bit of a smirk instead. He doesn't need your permission on what he can or can't do, Doctor, but the fact she had the gall to try and tell him luckily fell on the side of amusement this time for him.

No, but I wouldn't object to it happening on accident. I mean there's taking pleasure in a compliment, but I think you have a pretty narrow world view if you think that only saiyans had such great looks.

Hell, the chances of a species having hair seems a rarity. [True, humans from his Earth certainly seemed more spiky than others that were here, but not to the same degree as himself or Goku's hair.] You're the one who spoke of it as a 'great feature'. It's just hair, it's not that important. [Although Vegeta certainly has a level of vanity to himself, though that's more towards actions that may cause scaring on his face.]

You and I travel to very different corners of the universe. Or I've seen a lot more of it. Went to a planet entirely made of hair. Well it was a sort of mutated gerbil half-phased out of the space-time vortex and grown to gigantic proportions, living on small stars and had a civilization of very advanced fleas that were just getting into space faring. Had a case of ringworm too but we took care of that except I will never get over crawling in its nose. I mean I was rail thin then, you could thread a needle with me, but there are some things no one is meant to do.

We don't know we're from different universes. I like to consider myself multi-universal.
