Kazoo 16 - Video Post

[The video opens with a very somber-looking WangJi. Even more so than he normally looked for those who were actually able to tell. Even from the angle of the video, a very obvious pair of white ears from a rabbit kept bouncing into frame for a moment as WangJi made the post while holding Little Radish]

For those that knew him, Wei Ying... my husband... is no longer on the train. There are others still here, but he has departed the train.

[It was as simple as that.

For those that wish to find him, he can - predictably - be found in the Greenhouse with his two rabbits, Little Radish now snuggled in his arms and being a good comfort bunny while Little Carrot played with a random leaf that had been on the ground]

I'm glad you think it's nice, sir.

[ Even though she knows it's no replacement. But maybe all little things they can do can add up to something more than just doing nothing about the pain that must doubtlessly exist within his heart.

Madoka's hands gently start petting the rabbit on her lap, apparently entirely unbothered by being stuck here with it. She didn't want to leave WangJi right away anyway when he's all sad! ]

If there's anything else I can do, just let me know, okay..? Teammates are supposed to help each other out, after all. Especially at painful times like these..

I do appreciate it.

[She had made it for him. It was special because of that. She had thought of him and his husband.

Little Carrot was very happy with the petting. His brother was getting all of the attention today so now he had someone to pay attention to him]

Thank you. Perhaps, we could have some tea together.

[ That sentiment makes Madoka smile. ]

Oh, really, sir? I'd really like that!

[ Especially since Madoka wants to make sure he isn't alone at all today, not while he's probably not used to being alone when his husband used to be right here on the train with him.

Maybe she'll have to try and rope Romeo into tag teaming this with her later, or something.. ]

Shall we do that now? Or do we want to give the rabbits a little more time?

[Rabbits were easy to move. The question was if you felt like you could disturb them]

[ That's.. a good question.

Because Madoka certainly couldn't find it in her to move these rabbits if they don't want to be moved.. They're just too good and sweet, they deserve their human attention! ]

Do you think they'd mind it if we left now..?

[Whether they want to or not, the rabbits are small and can be moved but he always felt it was kind of mean to them]

They can come with us.

.. okay, then we can take them with us.

[ Especially since Madoka doesn't think the rabbits would mind.. But then again, she's not familiar enough with the animals to know much about what they do or don't like, really. ]

Maybe we can get some water for them, so they can drink right alongside us.

[WangJi knew they wouldn't mind. He often took the rabbits with him out of the greenhouse car. Little Carrot had "explored on his own" once, also known as the rabbit walked through the cars and WangJi followed behind him to make sure he was safe]

Yes, I think they would like that. They can also snack on some herbs.

[He stood up, easily doing so while holding the rabbit in his arms]

[ It's a biiit more of a balancing act for Madoka, since she isn't very much used to handling rabbits in this sort of way. But even though she does take a few moments more than Wangji himself, Madoka still manages to rise to her feet without much trouble, holding the tiny creature now in her arms.

Please stay there, mister bunny..! Madoka is rooting for you! ]

O-Okay! [ The girl says, nodding. ] I think I'm ready to go too!

[Once WangJi was on his feet, he did reach to try and help keep both Madoka and Little Carrot balanced if it looked like they were off-balance, but it really wasn't needed]

Alright. Let's go.

[And he'd start leading the way. Little Carrot was a good passenger, shifting a bit so that he'd be able to see and then staying put]

[ Thankfully it's such a sweet bunny.. Madoka wouldn't know how to deal if it would be a struggle to keep him contained in her arms!

But walking like this is manageable enough. So mangeable that she even manages to cast a sideways glance at WangJi while they walk. ]

.. um, sir. How are you feeling right now..? [ It's so hard to tell just from his face. ]

[WangJi walked quietly next to her, glancing over at her in turn when she looked at him]

I am feeling a bit better. Thank you. I am still sad that he is not here, but I have a good friend with me.

[ .. a good friend.

Somehow those words make Madoka's chest feel a little warm, and she glances downwards with a blush on her cheeks. Well, if she can make him feel a little better, then she's already glad.. ]

If you don't want to be alone, then I'm sure there are a lot of other team members of ours who will gladly spend some time with you if you ask for it, sir.

[Yes, definitely considered her a good friend]

Thank you. I'm sure that they would.

[But she had come without him having to ask]

[ She nods, trying to not shake too much so she won't shake up the poor bunny in her arms. ]

So.. please make sure to not be too lonely, since you don't have to be!

[He smiled faintly at that]

I will try not to be. I am certainly not lonely right now.

[Little Carrot was actually really enjoying the ride even if it did bob a little. He was stable. It was fine]
