Kazoo 16 - Video Post

[The video opens with a very somber-looking WangJi. Even more so than he normally looked for those who were actually able to tell. Even from the angle of the video, a very obvious pair of white ears from a rabbit kept bouncing into frame for a moment as WangJi made the post while holding Little Radish]

For those that knew him, Wei Ying... my husband... is no longer on the train. There are others still here, but he has departed the train.

[It was as simple as that.

For those that wish to find him, he can - predictably - be found in the Greenhouse with his two rabbits, Little Radish now snuggled in his arms and being a good comfort bunny while Little Carrot played with a random leaf that had been on the ground]

[WangJi looked up hearing the voice, seeing the familiar face of Romeo]

Wei Ying has gone home.

I know sir. [He sits down nearby and looks at him sadly.] It's always bad when people leave.

[He can see that his spirits seem very low indeed.]

[He nodded, Little Carrot coming over to look at the new person. Hello, new person]

We have all suffered at the whim of the train.

[He remembered talking to Romeo to help him feel better about his own friend leaving. Funny how the positions were switched now]

Yes. It's bad that people disappear like that.

[He reaches out to pet Little Carrot and smiles sadly.]

We'll just have to remember him really hard.

It is.

[Little Carrot was very happy with the pets and Romeo would soon find himself with a rabbit in his lap. Happy bunny was going to stay there for a bit]

We will. I know that I won't forget him and I hope others don't as well.

I won't ever forget him either!

[He smiles sadly.] You should talk to mister Roland, he is making a place for people to remember everyone who left, so you could make something to remember mister Wei Wuxian.

I'm glad.

I will have to speak to him then. There are several that I hope are not forgotten aside from my Wei Ying.

Yes! It's important we don't forget anyone.

[He's already forgotten a whole life and all the friends he might have had there. He doesn't want to forget even one more person. He petted Little Carrot again softly.]

Of course. They should all be remembered. They have all played a part on this train.

[He was glad that there was someone else who felt the same way]

Yes! They have!

[He petted the rabbit again.]

[Little Carrot was very happy with that and headbutted his hand. Pet the rabbit]

Would you care to get some tea? We can take them with us.

[myblueskies]

That would be nice sir! Let's go get some hot tea! [That sounded like something that would lift Lan Wangji's spirits at least a little bit.]

Yes, let's.

[He stood up, carefully balancing Little Radish in his arms as he did]

[He smiled at the very cute rabbit again and led the way, skipping slightly as they left the garden.]

[All of the tea with all of the rabbits! WangJi followed at a more stately pace with Little Radish, Little Carrot deciding to follow the exuberant Romeo, bouncing after him excitedly. Humans getting tea meant rabbits got a snack~]

[He slowed a little to walk at Little Carrot's pace, though the rabbit was bouncing pretty excitedly.

When they got to the kitchen it was Romeo who bounced over to where the tea was.] I can make it sir! Shall I get carrots for the rabbits too?

[How nice of him to slow down for the rabbit. Little Carrot easily caught up with him, bouncing along next to him. WangJi couldn't help but smile at that. The little rabbit was having fun.

As they walked into the kitchen, WangJi walked over to the table and sat down, settling Little Radish on the table and putting Little Carrot there too when the rabbit came over to him]

Thank you. Yes, they would appreciate that.

Okay! I'll go get some carrots and some tea!

[It's easy enough to find carrots in the stores and to find tea, which he quickly sets to brewing as he ponders the carrots and the rabbits.]

Shall I chop them up sir? They might be too big for the rabbits to eat!

[The rabbits definitely knew what the kitchen was for, first looking at WangJi like "why are you not getting us anything?" until they realized Romeo was the one getting it, both of them moving to be as close as possible to where he had gone without getting off the table]

Yes, perhaps a little bit smaller. Just so it is easier for them. They don't have to be too small as chewing is good for them.

[myblueskies]

Okay! [Not too small! He grabs a knife and carefully chops the carrots up into chunks before taking them over to put in front of the rabbits.]

There you go! Lots of yummy carrots!

[He grins and goes to pour tea, bringing over one mug at a time so that he didn't spill.]

[Yay! Happy rabbits as they begin to eat the carrots, chewing on them. If they could have thanked him, they would have. WangJi smiled watching as the rabbits ate, waiting patiently for Romeo to bring over both mugs before he picked up one of them]

It's okay sir! I hope you and the rabbits like it!

[It was important to have nice things to keep spirits up in sad times like this.]

I know I will and I know they will as well.

[He took a sip of the tea that Romeo had brought him. It was warm and tasted good for tea on the train. It wasn't the same quality of tea he'd drank at home, but that was hardly Romeo's fault and he didn't even mention it]

Did you meet many of the new arrivals today?

[myblueskies]

He nodded, "I got another new roommate. He's called mister Ghost and he's very friendly."

Or mostly friendly, he had answered Romeo's questions at least!

"Did you meet any new people?"

[achickenformylove]

"I have seen a few, but I have not spent much time speaking time. I will have to remedy this shortly."

He smiled faintly.

"Mr. Ghost? It is good that you like him. What is he like?"
