So! Two things here! [Who gave her sugar? She's far more preppy than she has any rights to be. Hopefully, everyone by now at least knows her voice, if not name.]
First off, I've rehauled the Welcome Guide based on what info I've collected since last platform. Anyway, I've got the first draft ready for people to look over, and at this point, the more eyes on it, the better as the Guide needs to accurately reflect train life! [A steadying breath, then:] I'm also willing to take on two helpers with this. I can't keep up with everything no matter what I think. That said, it's not first come first serve.
[Another steadying breath before Eva continues.] Two! Curufin and I're going to hold an Orange Team meeting within the first few days after Platform Day. Not exactly sure when or where it'll be yet, but it'll have snacks and tea at the very least. The meeting's about intra-team stuff and general bits and pieces of housekeeping. Boring but needed given how big we've gotten. We'll remind you all about this on the day, too.
(:OOC: I've put up a Gdoc w/commenting enabled for the Welcome Guide with everything I, Fenix, am aware of OOC. Eva is far more up to date with things, so please treat it as ICly finished!
The Welcome Guide Helpers role will require at most two logs/threads every IC month as Eva checks in to see if anything needs to be added or is out of date.)
