Bassoon Day Twenty Eight: Message: Text: [not reply able to]

The Voidtrecker Express would like to apologise for the ongoing inconvenience brought about by the unexpected ticket inspection. The Voidtrecker express would like to thank those that stayed calm and cooperated with the inspection for doing so. You were a credit to this train.

Inspectors from the Ministry of Void Travel always take the greatest care. However whilst they were boarding a small amount of void particles got into the train. Combined with the natural attributes of the inspectors they are the cause of the ongoing emotional turmoil some of our passengers are experiencing.

The particles have been filtered out of the trains are supply but it may take a few days for your own systems to be clear. It is advised that teams watch out for each other and help distract those who are experiencing fear and discomfort.

Here is a information piece that may be of interest:

In many worlds and cultures fear is faced by embracing it. There are records of many peoples donning masks, painting their faces or making grotesque figurines to ward of spirits and other fears. The use of light is also widespread especially on worlds where their night time hours vary between seasons.

A notable tradition is the carving faces into vegetables such as swedes, turnips, pumpkins and grublintoqi before lighting the insides with fire. There is no proof that they do ward off evil spirits but it is deemed to be a fun and engaging activity for all ages.

Special Offer

From now until day thirty of the month of Bassoon passengers who insert their ticket into shop interface whilst having a painted face, a costume or bearing a jack-o-lantern will get a free bag of sweets. One free bag of sweets per passenger, no purchase of other items necessary.
