Essentially, by the sound of it. But it or someone in charge of it somehow must have something resembling a will, else we'd never get any requests answered at all. 'Ask the train' sounded a little to strange even for me.

Yeah, better access to the main kitchen would be great. The mini kitchen in the luggage car can only do so much.

Yeah, Tidus and few others got the idea. They set it up with a mini fridge, toaster, and a kettle. It's got some basics covered! Less of a walk for coffee and stuff like that.
