Good day, everyone! [ Inigo smiles widely. ] I was wondering if anyone either has or knows of something rare and they wouldn't mind it.. erm, losing it.. probably permanently.

[ He's saying that statement as if he's only now realising how weird that sounds out loud.

But it's too late to go back on that now. ]

And preferably edible? But maybe not necessarily? Hey-- [ He turns away from the screen, seeming to have some mumbled discussion.

A-Ah, I see..

[ It's definitely said a little awkwardly. Mostly since all of this really is playing on his shyness. It feels so important to Rapunzel, especially with her saying that she's never had much of a family, so Inigo doesn't want to screw this up. ]

Well, I've never been a big brother before.. [ He's got more experience on the other side of the sibling age divide. ] But.. if you want to see me that way, of course you can. After all, I do want to protect you.

[ And that's what big brothers do, right? Make sure their siblings are alright? ]

Have you been a little brother then? Or an only child?

[There were still things that she didn't know about Inigo after all, she didn't know a lot about most people either way.]

A little brother. [ At least that's a big easier to say without any flustering. It's just a fact, after all.

And if Rapunzel views him as someone that close, then he ought to at least tell her this much, huh. ]

I have a sister who's about two years older than me. I obviously haven't seen her though ever since I got stuck here on the train, and even before that, back home, we were seperated for a while.

Separate for a while? How come? Did they have to go out to do things like Mother would when she needed to get food?

[It was at least something she could understand at least.]

Ah, well...

[ This is a little harder to talk about. Mostly since he's so used to keeping so much of his past hidden, tucked away just so no one would worry about him. And Inigo can't help but feel that if he tells the truth here, Rapunzel will start asking him about exactly the kind of things that'd make her worried in the end.

But then again, if she views him as someone that close, maybe he shouldn't hide it from her. It'd be unfair. ]

We traveled back to the past. My sister, me, and a few of our friends. But something went wrong along the way, and we all ended up in different places in the past. So it took us a while to find each other again.

Wait...How is one able to go back to the past?

[That to her was the most important first question for starters. How was something like that possible when people always keep moving forward.]

I mean... it's sad that you got separated and it has taken you a while to find each other, which I am ultimately glad to hear, but I don't understand the why.

[ Whew, boy. Exactly what he was afraid of, huh. Let's see if he can at least somewhat dodge the most painful parts of his story - he wouldn't want to bother Rapunzel of all people with them. She's so bright and cheery, not to mention gentle. (Yes, even with the frying pan, okay.) ]

Our family has a connection to a very important dragon called Naga. It's why I have this. [ He points at one of his eyes - the one that doesn't look normal, instead having an odd kind of mark in it. ] We called upon her for help, and she was the one who helped us travel through time.

So a time-traveling dragon... [Rapounzel was soon quiet for what seemed like an unusually long time. It was certainly a good amount to take it anyway.]

I guess that can make sense, especially since you have a connection to it.

I mean, we've seen stranger things on this train, right?

[ Besides, dragons with mystical powers are such a normal thing in Inigo's world - heck, their entire religion is based around it! - that it's not strange to him in the first place.

But he's well aware at this point that it's not exactly a common thing across other worlds. ]

It's too bad though that I can't seem to get in touch with her here on the train though. I'm sure she could have brought everyone home. There's nothing Naga can't do. [ There's a smile on his face as he says it - like Inigo really, really believes that, with all his heart. ]

That is unfortunate. Though I guess the train wouldn't want people to leave that easily.

[For Rapunzel herself all she would want to go home for would be to see those lights honestly. After that, she wasn't sure she had any reason to go home. She had learned and understood what Gothel did to her was pretty much a bad thing and she never had friends. The only other person she knew was Flynn... Not a lot left to go back to.]

If that was possible I'm sure a lot of people would have wanted to go.

[ He nods. ]

I mean.. I don't even really mind it here on the train all that much. There's just a few specific things I really can't stand. [ That some people are trapped against their own will, for example. Or that people just leave without any warning, without the ability to say goodbye.

But going around and helping people isn't exactly something Inigo minds. ]

But I still wish it would give people the choice as to whether they want to be here or not. It's awful to just do things to people without their permission.

I guess I can understand that. it hurts when people we have come to know and care about leave and I wish there was a way to be able to still talk to them... So I guess I hope that can be possible in the future.

[She was at least trying to stay positive with that one.]
