Okay, so, favour. Last time before the storm we got one of those info briefs, it was about the voidsickness, right? And it said it gave it to us because a bunch of us asked.
Can people take a minute to ask on the feedback option for info telling us why we get called to the conductor, and why those people end up getting to leave. See if it works? It put the stupid clocks up for polling, so...
[ There's a muttering here before an exhale. ]
That's it. If anyone wants something else asked about a bunch, share it I guess.

[ An instant answer. If he has to ask one more time...! ]
I'll do that, and ask why we can't know how to get proper credit for points around here. A working criteria for what acts warrant how many points.
no subject
Alright, sure, I'll ask that too. [ A beat. ] Why not just ask how the teams work in general at that point.
no subject
After we do that...Betting pool's open for what the train will actually put up to poll. If it does.
no subject
[ Just, done. Done! ]
no subject
Yeah. You should.
[ Hey, a protest's a protest if it's warranted, right? Roland, for once, isn't kidding around here. ]
Scream to the Feedback post and see if that doesn't do anything.

Something else I would like to know is how the train is able to avoid the Void Ministry. I am not convinced mere luck is on our side, there.
[Whether it be good or bad luck.]
no subject
But, worth a shot anyway, right?

[Nothing ventured, nothing gained, and all.]

But the point matters, so he's going to do it anyway, dangit! ]
thanks bro

I voted for clocks. For you.
[ Petulant child mode is on. TWO CAN PLAY THIS WHINING GAME. ]
Besides, I'll do this for you too, but are you sure it won't backfire somehow?
no subject
How? It'll put it up on a poll? Kick me off the train? Tell me to go see the conductor? [ His voice becomes more and more smarmy. ]
Seeing if it listen's the point of this. And it's a reasonable question. [ Reasonable! From him! ] I'm thinking this is something that might happen on other void rides.
no subject
It leaves his cheeks a little pink though as he says something else instead. ]
We asked it plenty of stuff before though that it's never replied to.

But I'll keep a list now, ask a few other friends. See if we get anything in the next month or whatever. Ahhh, [ the sound is exasperated, ] I shoulda put down everyone I asked about the clocks...

...so the void sickness came from one of those storms?
no subject
Doesn't it say it can get onboard if the doors aren't closed properly? Something like that.

The train knows we're concerned.

Could you try with the ... [ ... ... wait. ] Can you use the feedback post...?

Anyway, uh- if you leave the feedback, can you let me know? And... have you tried talking to the train before?

I'll ask that question too, the one you mention. Why do people get called to the conductor, and why do they leave the train after that?
I've been wondering about that, too. I'm not sure that they get to meet the conductor, because I'm not sure there is a conductor. The train entity probably manages all train functions on its own. At least, that's my theory. But I don't understand why the people who leave are held in some unknown place or state until platform day. And as they go towards the turnstyle, why can't they respond to the attempts of the remaining passengers to get their attention? I'm going to ask that question, too.
no subject
So if the train isn't writing these info posts it gives us but it's something it already has, maybe it has something for what visiting the conductor means. Who gets called to a train conductor in the first place, you know?
Maybe it's got something to do with that train tethering. All I can think of.
no subject
Yes, I wonder if the train entity is writing these posts, or whether it is just posting information that was written in the past by others? And right, if there is a conductor at all, is it the train entity? And why does it call people and then dump them?
Hey Tidus, have you ever heard of anybody being called to the conductor for any other reason? Has anybody returned from such an interview without being dumped at the next platform? I might have missed something.
What does train tethering mean? Again, I might have missed something.
no subject
[ That's some confusing stuff there. ]
Uhh, I haven't heard about people being called before. You've been here longer than me, I think. I just know that people sometimes end up in the luggage room or somewhere...? [ Something like that. ]
Oh, the train tethering? That's uh... I think that's what lets us void travel. We're connected to the train, or something. It was in the void sickness doc - or the maybe that ministry message? One of those two.
