Bassoon, Day 25 - All Cabins

[This is up as soon as she figures out A- she is trapped in her cabin, and B- that these still work.]

These things still work. It's not the best, but it's what we have.

I know we're trapped and the Inspectors are coming. Yes, I feel the dread as well, no, I don't know why. Yet, and it is hard to think of it as one, the upside is at least we can still use these. We should make use of it. Think of it like getting to know everyone.

I'm Eva Iden'no. I come from a world with pokemon -think hardier animals with superpowers- and I have one with me called Princess. He's a pippi - Klefairy in 'English'.

I'm in Cabin 1:C and Team Orange; the only original Orange from when people were first brought aboard.

Good that at least those are working. I'd like everyone to speak up. Are we all in our cabins? Is there anyone unaccounted for?

Eva, how is your Cabin? Everyone there?

And Joss, stop being an obnoxious brat. The lady has a point. You don't want to be part of it? Fine. But she is making a reasonable suggestion so unless you have something equally reasonable to add or a problem to report, do refrain from commenting.

I woke up not long ago and I'd imagine we are and everyone's accounted for in my cabin, Princess included.

It's going to be hard to not comment. These things go to cabins, not people. Even if they did, we're still with others, so what we say and is said to us will be overheard.

Outside my idea, we could play truth or dare.

I do not forbid him to speak. He'd just better have something more to say than an insult.

[There's a considerable pause before Fëanor speaks again.]

What's truth or dare?

[He understands it's a game. He's just never heard of it.]

It's a game where you ask truth or dare to someone and they pick one. If it's a truth, they get asked a question and they must answer honestly. Dare is when they're given a command or some kind of action to do.

Dares must also be reasonable and back home, pokemon battles were disallowed and sometimes even the involvement of pokemon at all.

So no battles. What else then can be a dare?

Well, you can dare someone to kiss another player, or arm wrestle, or the like. Or solo dares, like sing a line of a song, or dance. Things like that.

Being an obnoxious brat is my job. So is, apparently, being the only person who wants to use this opportunity to overthrow our captors and get the hell off this bloody train.

Right.

Well. I'd love too as well, but the last time I saw Princess as a ball of growling puffed up fluff and wings was when there was a wild, feral gengā lurking- they eat the souls of people and are apex predators. For all I know, these Inspectors are the same.

So. Forgive me for wanting to keep everyone calm and not panicking.

Oh? How was I unaware there's an actual position to fill and that we've been graced by a true professional in the venerable art of being a nuisance.

I doubt you're the only such person as you claim. I would just like to be sure that those Inspectors, whoever they are, are really connected to people who control the train.
