[Cassie hits a rapid fire monologue of not just the mission but the train as a whole.]

Still no peanut butter. Takato closes the cabinet and opens the next one.

"Have you been here long? I just arrived here on the last station, and I guess I'm still getting used to everything."

[casslang]

"A few months now and need help finding anything?" Cassie asked, simply wanting to help.

[dreamtamer]

He laughs a little, mostly at himself.

"If you don't mind. I'm not really sure where things are here. My friend really wants some peanut butter."

[casslang]

"I thought I saw a jar above the fridge and who's the friend?"

[dreamtamer]

"Thanks!" Takato goes over to look. "His name is Guilmon. If you've seen someone who kind of looks like a red dinosaur, that's him. He's a digimon."

[casslang]

"Cool!" this from the girl into bugs. "He friendly?"

[dreamtamer]

Takato lets out a sound of victory as he finally located a small jar of peanut butter. He turns around to face her with a smile.

"Of course! He might look a little scary, but he really just likes to play and eat lots of bread and peanut butter."

[casslang]

"So just a funky looking but friendly puppy?" with a giggle since no harm was meant.

[dreamtamer]

"Well, maybe a little. But he's not a pet." That had been a favorite insult of the Devas for the digimon who'd chosen a human partner. "He's my partner. And my best friend. Do you want to meet him?"

[casslang]

"Sure!"

[dreamtamer]

He tucks the jar of peanut butter under one arm and grins at her.

"Then let's go! He was taking a nap in the standard car."

[casslang]

"Lead the way!"

[dreamtamer]

Takato cheerfully leads the way through the cars, and as they enter the standard car he starts to call out for his friend.

"Guilmon! Come and see what I found!"

Just as he finishes, the boy is suddenly bowled over by a large red creature as it happily tackles him to the ground. It had big teeth and claws, but also a friendly look to its face.

"Takato! I woke up and you were gone! Where did you go?"
