 In my efforts to expand our medical supplies and capabilities, I want to be able to establish a blood bank. If you are willing to donate blood to be typed and crossed for use in medical emergencies by other passengers on the train, please reply here as I will be making a list. While I am hoping to get as many people as possible, this is VOLUNTEER ONLY. I will not force anyone to donate. Donations will happen after the next platform once I am able to secure the needed equipment and storage facilities.

Well, if you do start getting dizzy, I know some ways to help treat that while I'm drawing your blood.

Does that happen lots? Do people get dizzy? How do you treat it sir?

Well, sometimes it's just because they can see the needle in their arm, so you can put a towel over it so they can't see it. Other times, if that doesn't help, you just stop the donation, put a bandage on their arm and give them some juice and something to eat.

"Oh okay!" That didn't sound too scary. "I am glad you know what to do! If something like that happens!"

Oh yeah, I'm a pro at this. I mean, my own sisters trust me to take their blood more than they trust our dad. And he's been a doctor since before I was born. Though that could just be his over the top personality.

Wow! You must be very good! I'm sure you will be great at taking everyone's blood on the train! Are you a doctor too?

Back home I'm in school to be a doctor, but there's a separate specialty certification needed to draw blood. I've already got that certification and I've worked at pop up blood donation centers at my university.

"Oh! You must be really smart to be in school to be a doctor!" He grinned, "I think it must be a really tricky thing to learn!"

There is a lot to learn. Last platform, I managed to order some textbooks that I've been learning from recently to keep on top of my knowledge.

"That's good sir! It's good to keep learning! I bet they are really complicated books! But I bet you work really hard!"

And he had come up with this way to help everyone!

"Thank you, I do my best." Ichigo smiled at the bright face on the screen. "You don't have to call me sir, you can just call me Ichigo."
