Ichigo Kurosaki of purple team here. I would like to establish a blood bank for the train with a personalized supply for each passenger. In order to store the blood refrigerators, it would mean sacrificing one of the four recovery rooms. Being that this is for the good of the train, would there be any objections from you all?

Does phlebotomist cover transfusions too, or just doing the draws?

It covers both, thankfully. I had plenty of training even before med school in my father's clinic, and I can start a line with minimal pain 95% of the time.
