Eva here, one of Orange Team's Leads.

[And councilmember, but she's not speaking in that role. A small wave and exhale, and then she's right down to business.]

There'll be a team meeting the day after the new arrivals- complete with snacks and drinks if we can manage it. As for what it'll be about, there's a few points that'll come up, but the most important is we need to figure out what, exactly, each of us can do and where our weaknesses lay.

[Another exhale and this time a wry grin.]

I hope to see all Oranges there, even if it's just to fill out the survey me and Curufin-san'll be implementing.

Will we need to disclose our new bonds?

My thoughts as a Leader say yes. We don't know how this will affect any of us going forward and I doubt many have any experience with psychic or empathic bonds.

[Or, she's assuming that's what's happened here, at least.]

The nature of the bond can stay as private as you both like, though.

[ He rubs at his temple. ]

[ Seto turns back to her, sheepish. ]

[ He shows up in the standard car shortly after. Even with his legs, it's a bit of a walk. When he sees her, he sits next to her somewhat awkwardly. ]

Della saw fragments of my younger years. Can't really call it a childhood. The abandonment, and the strict upbringing later. How I tried and often failed to be a real family for Mokuba.

[ He pauses to regroup, seeming to be gathering his will for something. ]

She gave me advice as a mother, and I realized...

[ Driven mad by what Della has shown him, he'll just...surprise Eva now with an awkward hug. ]

[There's a flicker of something in her eyes at that, as if she too had seen fragments of her childhood. But then it's gone, shoved aside for now. It's not the first time she's been surprised with hugs and it won't be the last.

It is, however, the first time a brother's surprise hugged her. She goes with it, wrapping an arm around him with a grin.]

You're welcome. Welcome to the family. You, Motou-kun, and Della-san, I guess- if she wants it.

[More mums are always awesome if you ask Eva, and honestly, Seto deserves a mum.

And of course Yugi's now part of the extended family.] I'll spare you the headruffle, Seto-kun, I think...

[And horrific upgrade get. ~~now wait two IC months or less until it's just Seto.~~]

I didn't say she was my mother, just that she was a mother!

[ Little flustered there. They definitely had some strong ties now, but not....that...

But he gets a little more comfortable in the hug and squeezes before letting go. It's strange, letting his walls down enough to be addressed so. But there are important matters to discuss.]

A variety of snacks? Wranglers to make sure everyone at least shows up to fill the survey out?

[ They could be, he's just lying on a seat somewhere thinking. ]

[ Yeah, sure, he's the kind of guy who would still use communication over getting up and turning around to face someone face to face. ]

[ She can be rewarded with another little wave of some kind, another acknowledgement that he heard her, at least. ]
