So I guess I was nominated for this council thing, and doing one of these is the done thing. Personally I'd prefer meeting in person but... [He gives a shrug] This way reaches more people.
For anyone who doesn't know me, my name's Gladio Amicitia. Gladio is fine. A member of Blue Team.
I think I'm supposed to list my accomplishments and leadership qualities, right? [More laughing, a bigger grin.] I'm just me!
Back home I was known as a Shield to the King, or Prince, at the time. King later... An office of the Crownsguard. I'm military trained. I'm trained to protect. Since coming here none of that seems to matter. Who I was back then doesn't matter. Who I am now does.
And who I am now is a man who wants to do his best by the people on this train. Whatever skills I have, if I can use them to do good, to protect the people here, I will. To the best of my abilities.
What that means? Got no idea till it happens! Just know my actions will always have the interests of the people at heart, it's what a Shield does, after all.
Anyway... I'm an open book. So ask me anything.
