Sooooo, not being able to talk to most of the train that day sucked, huh? I don't know what to think about any of that, but since we can talk to each other now, I was thinking: How about we share where we're from, and see who's from worlds like ours?

And who speaks the same languages too! An actual list be better if that ever happens again, but for now, tell us about the kind of place you're from, what makes home home to you! You got kings or dragons? Machines? Portals to other worlds? Talking sea life? You just trying to get through school?

I'll go first to give you guys an idea, but share whatever you feel like!

Name's Vic Creed. Come from Earth, can speak a few languages. [ As people on the train came to find out. ] Originally from a place called Canada, been all over since then.

Got a husband and a kid back home. Ain't human, don't call me it. [ That might be a threat. ] Others like me at home, but won't go into that. Currently live in Wakanda, with the husband and the kid.

Not that big, yeah. Landlocked, but pretty as hell.

You must be missing your family. How did you meet, if you don't mind me asking? Or, what's life like in Wakanda?

Met the husband in Japan, when he was going to marry someone else. That... didn't happen. Met my daughter when she tried to pick my pocket.

Life in Wakanda is quiet, gentle. Nice just to go out and feed the rhinos.

What's a rhino? Like...birds?

Hey, I didn't stop him from marrying the other person... just things happened, and he didn't marry her.

[ She died, which stops a wedding fast, but details. ]

Nah, rhinos are big, over a couple of tons, but gentle, if you don't startle them.

I'm not judging! You don't hear everyday someone going, 'yeah she tried to pickpocket me, now she's my daughter.'

Sounds like an idyllic life though. What kinda world is it? You have anything like trains? Or is it more...simpler than that?

Wouldn't have been, but saw her get cornered by about five-six people, about to get her ass handed to her. Couldn't let that happen. Then, she followed me home. Husband said if I fed her, I had to keep her.

[ Not exactly how it happened, but Jubilee and Logan aren't here to stop him. ]

Things like this train? No. Other trains, yeah, we got 'em.

That's one way of adopting.

[ But, you know, good they found each other. Especially for what was about to happen. ]

So, advanced, but not hopping-over-to-other-worlds advanced. Though, one guy I talked to said he can do that, but they don't have trains either.

Magic? If you'd talked to me a week ago, I would've said no. Now, apparently, we do.

Nah, meant a week ago back home. Been here a couple months, know it exists here. Back home? A week before I showed up here, didn't know it existed there. Now, I do.
