Just doing a check - how many of you can make some kind of portable healing item? Like... a potion or stimulant, or, dunno, a cake, or something that'll heal injuries quickly. Missions are getting pretty dangerous, and with it liking to split the teams up so much, I figure it'd be good to start thinking about back-up plans in case a team's healer is taken out of commission or ends up 'visiting the control coach' during mission week.

[ Like her, for example. ]

Just... gimme an idea of what you can make, and what you'd need for it, I guess. Reply to standard coach, or come and talk to me.

[ She reaches towards the screen, then pauses. ] Oh, right. I've finished writing up my notes of the missions so far, so if you want to come and give 'em a look, get an idea of what you'll be doing in the future, that's fine too.

[ Bwip. ]

[ About ten minutes later, she's back: ] Just repeating something Tidus said - it'd be good to know the same for defensive supplies. Stun grenades, nets, deployable barriers. Magic or whatever else that does the same thing.

Or how 'bout this? What if it just gave me the materia because it's nice and small, and then I could just not summon it while on the train? It would be useful for missions, yo! Help us out here, dumb train!

[ She'd tell him yelling at the walls doesn't do anything, but honestly she's starting to doubt that's strictly true. ]

You got any other summons that're travel-sized?

No, not really. [ ... ] I mean, not any of the good ones. There are rumors about a cactuar and chocobo chick Summon materia out there that would be smaller but all the ones I've seen in action are big monsters. I didn't expect Carbuncle to be a real thing either so I guess I could try for them if you're interested though.

[enthunder]

[ She shakes her head, having considered. ] Don't worry about it. Cactuars're a pain in the ass, anyway.
