Hey everyone, how you doin'? I'm Tidus. Been here around since the last stop, and I know there's gonna be another one soon, but I've been itching to ask: What did you do for fun in your worlds?

Back home, the biggest entertainment was Blitzball! Two teams goin' up against each other underwater, giving it all they've got to score the ball in the other team's goal! [ He's grinning, excited even to share that. ] That's a simple way of putting it since I can't start showing everyone how to play, and I wanna hear about your guys' fun.

So? What did you do? It doesn't have to be just sport. Did you have videogames? Arcades? Did you have fighting competitions? Draw? What do you do now? I wanna hear what people are into!

And hey, if you ever want a partner for one of the ball games they have here, hit me up! I wanna try as many as I can. Can't do it on my own though!

[ Huh, it doesn't sound so dissimilar to what was going on with Yuna then, at least with retrieving power. But Tidus smiles some at the compliment, cocking his head some after. ]

Hey, you've got a few friends from your world here already, right? Maybe you'll see more in time too! Though, if we were gonna get more people, I'd prefer something better than a train... or doubling the carriages. I don't envy the people who sleep down in sleeper one.

[ He's gone all the way down there a few times.....it suuuucks.... ]

Then again, maybe you'd prefer going home?

[Did that mean Luna? Could that even be possible?]

Me neither. They're always last in line for dinner.

[Shaking his head.]

Nah. I mean, it'd be important to go save the world eventually, but I kind of like it here where we don't have daemons all over the place and an army after us. And I like that we've met so many cool people. I miss chocobos and the wide open spaces, though.

[He looked back at Tidus.]

Do you have someone you hope might join the train?

Me? Hmm...

[ He gives it a few seconds thought, but.. ]

Nah. Everyone's got their own lives now, and I wouldn't want them to be taken away without a choice. I'm fine with meeting new people and getting to hear about other worlds!

Which, [ he clicks his fingers, ] we both have chocobos. I hear not everyone does!

[Prompto's eyes widened with excitement.]

You have chocobos too?! Awesome! Have you joined the black team yet? Want to see our mascot?

[He summons his camera and then flips through the images on the screen. Finding what he was looking for, he turns it around to show off a little baby black chocobo. He flips to the next picture where he and Noct are posing with it.]

I feel bad for other people who don't have chocobos where they live.

[ Oh, wow, that's actually a...? ]

Huh! I've never seen a black one before. They're always yellow where I'm from--swear they have a bigger beak, too.

[ Or, smaller than the one Prompto's showing him! ]

They're fun to ride. But I wonder what else people have too, you know? It's fun to hear about! I didn't actually know about them 'til a few months before I ended up here. There weren't any where I lived either.

I forgot though you told me about the mascots. [ ...it was an odd time to get into them. ] What's even Black Team about, anyway?

Maybe they're like people and ears. You know how they're kind of big to a baby's head but then as they get older their heads get bigger and then they don't look so big?

[Did that make any sense? No? Just go with it.]

That's true. I bet they have animals we don't have. Iggy got the nickname of 'tiger' but I didn't know what that was til they showed me a picture. It's kind of like a coeurl. Do you have those?

[The new topic also seemed to peak his interest and he flashed Tidus a big grin.]

We're all about rebelling! We don't do things just because the train tells us to. We do it because we want to. Like, we wear black because black is cool and uh.. we just do whatever chores seem like they need help. I haven't really noticed any of them needing that much help more than another group so I've been helping the purple team. I was thinking maybe we could come up with a secret hand shake or something too!

[Since, you know, he was purple.]

Coeurl? The name sounds familiar... but I can't remember what.

[ Hmm. He wasn't in Spira long enough to get used to all the names of fiends. Now, if it was a flan or a cactaur...! ]

Huh, so Black Team's just to make a statement? [ That's what he's hearing. Which, well, you do you, Black Team. ] Hey, if it's fun for you. And a secret handshake's always fun, too.

It's a big cat with these crazy electrocuting whiskers. It's cool though. We went hunting for a lot of those kinds of monsters to earn money on the road. It's not that surprising that someone might not be as familiar with all of them as we were.

[He thought over that description and wondered how accurate it was. Probably pretty accurate.]

Plus you get to wear black? Although I sometimes wear my boyfriend's things too. One is on blue the other is on red. I like to mix it up, you know? You interested?
