Good evening, Voidtreckers. I'd like to announce a council meeting in three days. It's overdue and I believe we have a number of items to discuss.

Please council members take some time over the next few days to come up with and notify me of topics we need to discuss so I can prepare an agenda. If anyone who is not a council member feels strongly about a certain topic we should consider, either tell me or seek out a council member so they may relay the information.

Um, well, I suppose that's... fair. But... well, that's alright. I've been told much worse about my voice.

... Was there anything else you wanted to know, though? I'm fine explaining things, and I assure you you're not bothering me!

[She smiles again, genuine.]

There's really so much to ask about. I'm still... trying to understand everything but I don't... the questions come when they come, I don't write them down. Could I... could I call on you later if I remember them?

And I can usually be found in the Greenhouse or the Standard carriage, if I'm not in cabin 4-B.

[Because Alice deserves to have her questions answered.]

The Greenhouse... that's where the flowers ACTUALLY are, correct, not the garden? Could renaming that be brought up in the meeting, please?

[Nita nods.]

I don't know if we can relabel the train-provided names, especially those on the Network, but we can tape over any physical labels for sure.

Well, the train may provide the names but it is as you say, why can't we tape over it. Why can't we decide things since we live here?

Never stop questioning those kinds of things, Alice. It's a real good skillset. Reminding ourselves that we can take action saves us from all sorts of problems...

[Even if it also puts them in the prime path to encounter new ones.]

Then, you would be one of the few to think that. Most people find I ask too many questions.

[Nita makes a wry face.]

Most people don't like answering questions, especially when their minds are on other things.

That is not your fault, though. Don't change.

Hopefully, then, I can become better at asking questions when their minds are on me and not other matters to upset them less. I don't much care for answering questions when I'm upset either.

Well, but I have to. I was a different person than I was yesterday and I shall be a different person again by tomorrow, never mind the different I shall be when I grow up.
