Good evening, Voidtreckers. I'd like to announce a council meeting in three days. It's overdue and I believe we have a number of items to discuss.

Please council members take some time over the next few days to come up with and notify me of topics we need to discuss so I can prepare an agenda. If anyone who is not a council member feels strongly about a certain topic we should consider, either tell me or seek out a council member so they may relay the information.

As for topic suggestions, we really should keep a log of who's been talking to the train, and what they've gotten out of it. Whether it's psychometry like Will Stanton did, or just getting anomalous reactions from the train's text functions-

It'd be good to know who's done what, how long they've been doing it, whether they could have been flukes and so on.

Talking to the train? Are there incidents of this other than the ICP feature of leaving feedback?

Most of the time, it's a mental or magical connection - but the train doesn't seem to pay attention to those for long, let alone use words.

Between the last major times I talked with it - alone or with someone else involved - it either ended up ignoring me or just... leaving the connection, after giving a complete sense of acknowledgement.

So you haven't been able to have a dialogue with the train, you've only been able to talk at it. Correct? Either way, yes, this should certainly be a topic brought up at our meeting.

If it ever talks outside of the announcements, that'd be big news, but as far as I know it hasn't happened yet...?

It's spoken back in other ways, such as giving Peter access to a wardrobe for a party he was hosting. It also congratulated the grooms for a wedding. Otherwise, no, I don't believe so.
