I'm sorry to hear that she is. But as the others say maybe she'll be back.

[She moved some hair behind her ear for a moment.]

I-If you need someone to talk to I will be happy to listen to anything. I mean... you've been helpful to me so I feel like listening is the least I could do, even if it might not help.

It's kinda-kinda hard to explain exactly how I feel right now-but sorta just... flat-I guess? Losing people is kinda a reoccurring theme in my life so it's a little hard to stay optimistic.

[Losing people you love and care for a lot makes it harder? This is what she assumed he meant by that. She knew she didn't exactly understand fully because it's never really happened to her that much yet, but she could imagine what it could be like. Maybe it would be hard to then try and make more friends, maybe?]

I am going to take a guess that flat kinda means emotionless to an extent where it's hard to deal with anything with the situation because it's what you are used to... I could also be so very wrong. [She paused for a moment.]

I haven't really had much experience dealing with people leaving or....sadness all that much beyond maybe disappointment and longing, but... Even though it happens over and over...There are always going to be people who are still there, right? Do I make sense at all?

No, that's-that's exactly it-I think. I mean... I'm upset so I wouldn't really say I'm numb to it but my mind is trying to be? Like I said, I don't really know how to explain it.

But I'll uh... I'll keep going. This isn't the first or even the second time I've lost someone important to me so while it might take awhile-I know that I'll find away keep going.

I'm sure you will. But for now it's okay to be the way you are, so I won't try and do things like cheer you up or anything, but I will still agree to be someone to talk to.

You know, I barely even really remember my parents? I remember bits and pieces-like mom had dark hair and dad had glasses but that's it-I don't remember their faces. I can barely remember Ben's sometimes-Will I forget her face, too?

[Rapunzel was quiet. Though to be fair remembering of faces and such was never anything Rapunzel had to worry about before. Now she did. But it was enough to give her some idea. Might not be the best, but it was something.]

I can't say, but pictures always help right? Though I suppose that's not possible unless drawn, right and I'm not sure I do her drawing justice. Would that help or make it worse?
