You may have noticed the stacks of IV bags filled with blood in the refrigerator. Those are mine. I suffer from a rather peculiar form of anemia, and I require regular transfusions in order to remain healthy. I need that blood to live. If you tamper with them, I will make you wish for death.

[Joss gives Romeo's shoulders a squeeze. Really, he doesn't deserve Romeo. He doesn't deserve anyone or anything this good and untainted. How is it that his own wickedness and cruelty haven't rubbed off on the other boy yet?]

I would rather die than hurt you.

[He pauses.]

So far, they seem to be replenishing the blood supply. I'm not certain how.

Romeo squeezed his hand. He didn't want Joss to die at all but he knew Joss wouldn't hurt him. If he was given blood by this train that was good. "Well it's in fridge so that's how! Me and Elfnein forgot to buy food a lot because we got distracted but then food appeared in the fridge. It's how they work."

How it knew Joss needed blood was a different matter, but he didn't know much about fridge magic.

But is it? The blood seems to have just appeared in the fridge about the same time that he did. The train somehow supplies the food, the clothes, the supplies...

“Hell, maybe it is.”

"I think it is!" Fridges just made food and apparently blood be there. He had thought it was just magic of the heavens but if it happened here as well then it must be the fridges themselves!

"Maybe we can make some lables for them so everyone knows that they are yours and they shouldn't touch them."

Not that anyone else would want to drink them, the idea of drinking blood makes his stomach feel funny but best to be safe!
