[Having spoken to a few people over the network now, Drizzt has gotten better about exactly how to use the comm devices in every car, at least to the point that he was able to do a train-wide broadcast, and after taking inventory of what was provided in the gym car, as well as what had been collected by the other passengers who'd donated to the cause, they needed a concerted effort.]

Good afternoon. I am new here, embarking only yesterday, but I want to applaud Tobias Rieper for his efforts in organizing those who would learn the ways of combat and giving them a means by which to learn. I am Drizzt Do'Urden, and if you have a desire to train in hand-to-hand or melee weapons, it would be my honor to teach you.

In that, though, we require aid. We have a few weapons here others have collected and have seen fit to donate to the cause, but we have use of craftsmen. I mean not blacksmiths, we have no facilities befitting a forge, but training weapons, tools, shields, these we have a use for.

If you manage to get supplies, I can craft more weapons for practice. More wooden practice weapons could be easily created if you want. Metal working would...take more time and patience than advisory without a proper forge to shape larger pieces, but we can wield metal items with ease.

There are...other methods as well. Certain people with special abilities could help you.

Welcome news! The train, however, seems an unwelcome source of quality wood. None of the trees in the Greenhouse are large enough to supply the demand.

What sorts of abilities?

I'm not an expert these types of abilities, but I've seen people use various forms of magic, supernatural skills, and physical feats uncommon in my own world.

For example, there is a lady on board the train that can instantly grow plant species at will. [Thus negating any worry about a supply of wood. If she was willing.]

I've seen wizard spells capable of conjuring spectral weapons, but nothing physical.

[He pauses a moment, allowing that to sink in.]

No wonder the plants in the greenhouse are so vibrant.

I don't know much about magic. [Which may peeve him a bit.] But I have seen weapons produced from what appears to be magic.

She has been kind enough to supply the flowers in each of the carriages. [In the garden boxes 47 made.] As well as tend to some of the greenhouse plants. She has also been thoughtful enough to allow some to grow at a natural pace to give the many gardeners a hobby to keep at while stuck here.

If you're looking for a personal weapon, pick your poison.

If you're looking to supply the whole train... that might take a bit longer.

I would be interested in acquiring personal weapons, yes, but for the moment, I require more consistent training tools for novices.

Hmm. I guess there's not much of a range of weapons to chose from right now. I could make a few more to help I guess.
