[Open Video] Council Nomination Thanks & Team Black Drive

Hiya all~! Since I was nominated and stuff, I figured I should say hi again. Name's Yuffie Kisaragi, Princess of Wutai, cutest Ninja on the train --tied really since Edge is pretty cute too-- and semi-leader of team black. Thanks for the people who believe in me. [She gives a wink at the screen.] That's pretty cool of you.

Anyway, besides the whole "thank you" thing. I wanted to let you guys know about Team Black. We're a team made by the people on this train for the people on the train. [Screw you train kidnappers who assign them colors and steal their clothes...] If you feel out of place in your color we're here. I try and keep an eye on everyone so make sure to let me know.

I'm thinking we should have a fun team black exercise and maybe think of a way to bring something fun on the train. Since tunneling into space and the unknown can both be exciting and SUPER boring.

I think all my ideas will get veto-ed so I need everyone to get their noggin's working over time.

Technically, I have chores to do today but I like the distraction.

[She salutes at the screen.]

Also Eva and team orange. Since you're the only team that didn't seem interested in the mascot that I talked about a few weeks ago, you gotta vote on one. I wanted to ask Rapunzel to do some paintings and maybe get a group to decorate some of the train with them. [She's going to get Rapunzel lots of paper if she can swing it.] Maybe the game car? I don't know, I'm giving that to her but decide quick kay?

You know what'd happen if you kept me waiting long.

[She slid towards him and tried to attack him but the punch was easy to dodge.]

Pow pow!

No, have mercy! [Edge makes a show of recoiling, one hand lifted to ward off her deadly blows.] I would never!

[Yuffie throws up her arms in victory.]

Yes! I am the best!

Well I sure keep saying so. Won't hear me argue. [But he does poke her stomach as he straightens up. Revenge!]

Ack!

[Yuffie clasps her stomach and then breaks out into a fit of warm excited giggles.] How dare you?! [She jumps on him and wraps her arms around his neck, her feet hovering off the ground.]

Oh. Right. [She just hangs there while speaking.] What did you want to do after chores?

[She's not saying she does chores... but she does.]

The train is sooooo boring.

[Whoop! His arm goes around her to support her, and maybe take a little of the weight off his neck. Her energy is amazing!]

It is. It really is. We could mess around with that questing game maybe?

Is that your first question?

[She giggles and lets him go some. It's probably not comfortable supporting her entire weight with his neck but it was fun while it lasted.]

My first question is... tell me more about your kingdom.

[Well, on the one hand, though she's small she's also solid and thus not as light as she looks. On the other hand, she had her arms around him and was pressed close, so yeah, he's gonna miss that.]

Eblan's not known as the kingdom of ninjas for nothing! The Eblan clan has been strong and in charge for almost as long as history records. We had to be strong, because Eblan is close to the Tower of Bab-il, which means we had to often deal with the machines and monsters that wandered out of it!

[Yuffie pulls him towards one of the lower beds. It's technically hers but she has a tendency to keep odd hours and sleep all over the train. But this is the bed that she always wakes up in.]

You mentioned some of that but I mean like... what's around it. Is it big? A lot of buildings? Are there trees? There is a whole big forest around Wutai and a beach and these lovely streams that cut through the land.

[Her hands and arms move when she talks while settling in next to him to speak comfortably.]

[Guess he'll be sitting down, then! Man, she has so much energy he can barely keep up.]

The castle proper is located in the desert, and from then it's green plains down to the ocean and the Cave of Eblan. Up north is the mountains, and to the west of that, the Tower of Bab-il.

So you don't have any forests nearby? [She places her palms on the edge of the bed and leans forward with growing interest.] I really can't imagine that. I've seen a desert but only once and it didn't feel like it was as big as the forest.

[She sticks out her tongue.]

Isn't it really hot in a desert?

Very few, just small ones! I was amazed the first time I saw a large forest, it was like nothing else I'd ever seen before. And yes, it was warm. Not that we trained ninjas noticed such things. [He waves off petty concerns like temperature archly, all too happy to brag for her.]

Really? Wutai is surrounded by forests and I spent a lot of time running around in them. They're pretty cool when the monsters don't jump out at you. Luckily, I am super sneaky.

[She's also fairly lucky.]

So you all train in the desert? I think training in the woods is better. There are lots of places to jump between and shadows to hide in.

So it's easy, huh? In the desert you have to move with the sand and blend in. [Hey, guess why pale purple is his color of choice!]

Mmm, [She rests her head on his shoulder.] How about you teach me about desert's and I'll teach you about the woods?

Right. Because we have so much of both available to us! [He laughs, but gently, so as not to disturb her comfort too badly. Kind of wanted to never move again...]

Eh, we can figure it out. I'm sure its different kinds of hiding.

[She grins and rolls forward so that she's resting her head on Edge's lap.]

I kinda want to see it. Your home. But I want to show you Wutai more.

Same thing but reversed! [Man, he doesn't know what to do! Does he stroke her hair or does he just look into her eyes or what? He's never been in this sort of position before!] You'd love Eblan.

Really? What will I love most? Besides you.

[She grins up at him and snuggles in close. Yuffie likes being in positions like this because she knows that they aren't usual and that Edge probably doesn't know what to do. Having the upper hand makes her so happy.]

[She totally has the advantage over him, yes. Call it vengeance for how he can imbalance her with excessive flirtation -- something he definitely needs to get back at her with.] The people. Absolutely the people. The finest people a king could ever be so lucky as to rule.

[Their entire relationship is an endless back and forth.]

Really? I think that about Wutai though. We'll have to fight over it. [She sticks out her tongue.] No shadow powers allowed.

[Edge tsked. What kind of ninja fight didn't use ninjutsu?!] Then no bedazzling me with your beauty and grace! Oh, wait -- you can't help that, can you? That's an unfair advantage!

[Yuffie giggles in reply.]

Well, it isn't going to be a fair fight anyway! So then we'll just call me the winner.

Hey! Just because it isn't fair doesn't mean I don't want to try!

That's the spirit!

I knew I liked you.

[She grins and boops his nose but stays on his lap. She could just nap here if he'd let her.]
