[Open Video] Council Nomination Thanks & Team Black Drive

Hiya all~! Since I was nominated and stuff, I figured I should say hi again. Name's Yuffie Kisaragi, Princess of Wutai, cutest Ninja on the train --tied really since Edge is pretty cute too-- and semi-leader of team black. Thanks for the people who believe in me. [She gives a wink at the screen.] That's pretty cool of you.

Anyway, besides the whole "thank you" thing. I wanted to let you guys know about Team Black. We're a team made by the people on this train for the people on the train. [Screw you train kidnappers who assign them colors and steal their clothes...] If you feel out of place in your color we're here. I try and keep an eye on everyone so make sure to let me know.

I'm thinking we should have a fun team black exercise and maybe think of a way to bring something fun on the train. Since tunneling into space and the unknown can both be exciting and SUPER boring.

I think all my ideas will get veto-ed so I need everyone to get their noggin's working over time.

Technically, I have chores to do today but I like the distraction.

Also Eva and team orange. Since you're the only team that didn't seem interested in the mascot that I talked about a few weeks ago, you gotta vote on one. I wanted to ask Rapunzel to do some paintings and maybe get a group to decorate some of the train with them. [She's going to get Rapunzel lots of paper if she can swing it.] Maybe the game car? I don't know, I'm giving that to her but decide quick kay?

Well to start I want to make sure I understand the basic idea, which would be that you want a team made by US instead of randomly assigned by the train itself, and thus a team we can be more sure has no sinister ulterior motives.

Is that more or less right?

Yeah. It's for the people who got placed in a color and don't really feel comfortable with it. I encourage people to stay in contact with their team leads so that someone is looking out for everyone but you got the general idea.

I didn't actually realize there was a significance to the team colors beyond just as a method of organization. I'm on the red team, but I'm not sure what that means beyond that my hoodie is red.

Oh really? Well when we go down to planets, everyone has different jobs. It's all assigned by the train but the red team are mostly people who fight and get in pretty dangerous scrapes.

Okay! I did know the teams had specific jobs, obviously, but not that they had a repeating theme.

That's very concerning though, as I am NOT a fighter! If a thug menaced me in a dark alley my brilliant tactical plan would be to run away!

You should really be talking to your red team leader. Also, a lot of this is in those pamphlets that they give you at the start. So you can literally read the information.

[She doesn't mean to be snippy but she notices these things and has a tendency to plainly state them.]

I did read it. It had the basics and was useful at the time, but "The red team will always be put in mortal peril" was not in it.

Um... we're kinda all in that peril. I'm sure you can stay on the train but you really should talk to the red team leader.

[Did she actually have questions about the black team?]

Nevermind, I'm getting off topic. I just went with the blue team last time and was perfectly comfortable with that.

I guess my main question is what kind of things do you hope to actually accomplish by making a black team?

A bit. [She really does need to talk to Tony about these things. He's the one who got on Yuffie's case about it in the first place. She's honestly surprised that this person doesn't know or hadn't bothered to ask.]

The main goal is to make people more comfortable and to take some of the power away from the train and our kidnappers who literally control everything we do.
