So you all know what's going on by now. Yugi? You're up. Bears or the ice bucket, your choice.

But here's some free advice to any challengers...keep a dry change of clothes with you.

Exposure to cold water can't make you ill. It might dampen immune response temporarily, but I won't be sick unless I'm exposed to a virus.

Well if you're gonna get technical... The shock of ice water hitting the system can cause a heart attack in extreme cases. But hey, you do you boo!
