Huh. [He's just gonna take her word for it. It's not like he's looked at the thing recently.

He shakes his head in response to the question.] I just haven't gotten around to cutting it, really. I took scissors to it myself a couple of times, but it was too risky to go to a barber, and I'm... not sure I'm ready to see myself as myself again yet.
