I could probably teach you to broadcast less. I don't know how successful a full shielding would be, considering a lot of what I do is tied up with training in magic as well.

[There might actually be a shy smile, and Raven ducking her head with it. Mostly at the idea that Bucky wants to help her. ]

I teach meditation too, and have been working specifically with Danny and Madoka as a way to help them with their abilities.

[Then she snorted, and the usual deadpan-expression was back.]

Tony suggested I team up with his yoga, and we do a yoga and meditation class.

[He nods in agreement.] Magic isn't really... prevalent where I'm from, so I doubt I'd be able to learn anything related to using it, anyway. [The only magic he's even heard of was tied to infinity stones, and he's pretty sure one of those hasn't been used on him. Pretty sure.

He also doesn't know who Doctor Strange is yet.] Madoka has abilities? Other than being cute?

She does, and it's...a little worrying that she has no training or protection to deal with them. Not because I think she'd be a danger, but because I worry about someone else trying to use her.

[Raven was well aware that Madoka did have several protectors already, and she was an earnest student as Raven was trying to help her learn to protect herself too.]

There can be a decent amount of crossover, or even just the same techniques and ideas, whether one has magic or not, with a lot of mind-body-awareness.

[Ducking her head slightly, there's a hint of smile.]

I'm grateful you want to make it easier for me, but honestly? I think learning to shield and not broadcast would help you even if it didn't help me too.

[He hums, nodding a little as he listens.] Well, the good news is she'd got plenty of people looking out for her while she gets the hang of it.

[He nods again, when she explains the techniques are similar, and shrugs his shoulders awkwardly at that last bit. He manages to crack a grin, though...] Well, if you won't tell anyone I'm doing it for selfish reasons, I won't tell them you're teaching me for equally selfish reasons.

I see nothing wrong with occasional enlightened self-interest, which is very much what this situation is.

[There might be a hint of smile in her voice, and at the edges of her mouth.]

Thanks. I'll take you up on that. [It's a promise. Meditation would be good for him, after all, and now that he's sleeping better, it'll be easier to learn it without falling asleep on his teacher.]

And thanks for checking on me, too. It's nice to know there are people who'll look out for me when I need it. [Honestly, this train was entirely too full of people who made him feel loved.]
