I know that they won't rot my stomach, the ingredients in them aren't that bad if taken in small amounts.

An' how many of them are you going to be drinking?

I haven't determined how strong they are so I don't really have a base line for what I would drink.

I do drink coffee, though I put a lot of sugar in it.

Think my daughter told me a can is equal to four cups of coffee and eight teaspoons of sugar, or something ridiculous.
