Sleeping more then needed would be a waste of the time given to me.

But when you need it it's a good use of time. You don't got to work all the time and I bet Carol wouldn't want you to get all tired and ill either!

I know.. but I feel guilty no matter what I try to do.

If I sleep normally and only drink those energy drinks every so often it would solve the issue?

I... I think so. But you got to rest even when you're awake too. Do fun things and relax. Or you will make yourself too tired.

Even if I enjoy researching would you consider it as a relaxing activity ?

[myblueskies]

Well if you find it relaxing. But you do it so much! You get really tired so it isn't relaxing at all!

All good things in moderation would be the right thing in this situation.
