Before I came here, the residents of the train chose a Council.

They chose unwisely.

I'm guessing he comes from somewhere democracy isn't a thing? We do have people from medieval times and all that.

Hm...well, if it was just the council, this would have happened sooner, right? Something else might be going on that pissed him off and the council thing’s an excuse for that.

[Reigen is still more confused than angry, but he wants to at least make some attempt to be rational. A literal mutiny just sounds like a pain.]
