Okay so!

[ Here's Peter again, he maybe drinking a Monster Energy drink right at that moment. You can also here the lovely sound of Gwen Stacy giggling in background which is making him giggle. ]

Shh! You're making me laugh. [ And this has absolutely got to be done with a straight face. ]

Gwen and I are going through my laptop and I completely forgot I had this song.

[ cue this song playing over the intercom from Peter's computer. ]

[ Also, both Spider-Teens dissolve into a fit of giggles. ]

Welp, that would do it, for sure. A person could go insane trying to use one to cancel out the other...

You know you've basically weaponised music, right? Are you sure you're not a mad genius or anything?

Well, I mean.. I do have a scholarship for STEM school.

...but my current predicament has me wondering about the genius part.

Uh... I kinda got stuck upside down in my own web-I make webbing fluid-by the way- I mean with chemicals not organically. But I'm kinda part spider and the webbing goes with my whole aesthetic.

[ He's also tangled up with his girlfriend but he's not saying that part. ]

Nah-I got this. It'll dissolve soon anyway.

[ ... Web? Webbing fluid? Was this some kind of new teen innuendo he hadn't caught up on? He spent so little time online that any of that was certainly possible, and that he was having a prank pulled on him...

But he mentioned chemicals, which sounded dangerous. He really wanted to know more about this kid. ]

You sure? I'm pretty sure I saw a knife in the kitchen I can grab. And didn't I hear someone in your original post that was laughing at you? She scoot off?

[ He steals a quick glance at Gwen. ]

But she's kinda uh... can't help.

And nah, Mr Stark will cut us down-which-I'm gonna get in big trouble because I'm not supposed to be using the webbing in the train but eh.

[ There's a brief silence and a laugh. ]

There's a lot that can be inferred from that. You sure you don't wanna clarify?

Okay, so we were both laughing about rick rolling the whole train-you know, as one does when they're bored, and then Gwen-my girlfriend, started to fall off her web because she's also part spider-and I went to grab her to stop her but somehow I fell out of mine-or half way-my foot got caught in the web and then I tried to pull it undone but it's really sticky and then somehow Gwen got caught in it? And now we're just kinda hanging here.

But in my defense-this is a new web fluid and I was just testing it out to make sure it works-my usual web fluid starts losing its adhesiveness the moment it's exposed to the air.

[ He doesn't want to show how out-of-touch he is by not understanding the concept of "rick rolling", so he just blows right past that. At least he was right about the potential illicit-sounding nature of their meeting.

Wait, did he say they were both part spider? What? Okay, sure. Not the most important thing right now. ]

And you're sure you don't need help getting down? I mean, you said it'll dissolve but when? And won't that hurt when you fall? What if you're asleep and fall on your neck?

[ He stops himself. Dammit, he's sounding too much like a dad. Old habits die hard... ]

More importantly, are you guys okay?

[ Peter just shrugs despite that Jack can't actually see it. ]

Eh, it's happened before-falling out the web, I mean. They usually only last about two hours but this is a different version so I don't exactly know when it'll dissolve but it's fine. Mr Stark will cut us down if he needs to.

And, again-part spider-we have the proportional strength and durability of a Spider. Which is to say-it takes a lot to hurt us.

"If he needs to"... sounds pretty conditional to me. I mean... I'm here. I won't judge you. I might laugh a little if you're [ He clears his throat. ] compromised, but hey I was young and dumb once.

I'm glad you've got durability but I'm also pretty sure you've got vertebrae, and not an exoskeleton, considering I haven't heard anyone shrieking so far about giant spiders walking around yet...

What? No! Of course not! We were just listening to music-that's all!

[ It's the truth but his voice sure did squeak. ]

Trust me, I've had a lot worse than falling about four feet. I'll be fine.

[ Maybe they were, but again, he was a teenager once and knew what couples tended to get up to when they were alone. And then there was the addition of "web fluid".. There were a lot of reasons for Jack to be suspect, but no reasons to judge that he could see. ]

Hey, if you're sure. Do you post often? Or do I just have to wait to run into you if I wanna shake your hand about all this?

[ He'd say something about them being too young-which they are-but that doesn't really stop a lot of people. ]

Sometimes-when I get bored. But I don't know why you'd wanna shake my hand over it-I'm pretty much the poster boy for Murphy's law. Pretty much anyone you talk to on the train will confirm it.

Hey, you make good content, at least from what I understand so far. You made me laugh. That's worth something, right?

And if I were to ask anyone about you, what name would I use?

I mean, you wouldn't really need a name-just ask about the kid that's a complete disaster-they'll know it's me.

But, it's Peter, Peter Parker.

I've met a few disaster kids even just being on here a little while. Making a name for yourself is always better... or worse, depending on how you use it.

no, I'm not supposed to be using it on the train-Mr Stark he'd take my web shooters if he caught me wasting the fluid again. And My Aunt's on his side.

[ Plus he's not supposed to be drinking energy drinks because of a poor sleeping schedule. ]

What? Why not? I mean, if you made it, shouldn't you be using it? I mean, it's not like there's a whole lot of space on these carriages anyway. If it all dissolves pretty quickly, I don't see the problem.

But that's just me.

You said you make the fluid, right? Are the components hard to come by

Well, kinda on the train-I'm only supposed to use them if I have to. Like on missions and stuff since I can also use them as a weapon-sorta. More to just web things up or use to get out bad situations-but since I don't always have the right ingredients I used back home-I've been trying to come up with something similar but it's a little stickier than I was really going for.

[ Hence how he got stuck in the web. ]
