Morning: Day 17 - Audio from the Kitchen

Let's play a game, because I'm bored.

[ This voice comes with music playing in the background. Nothing too exciting. Just some MISSIO. And there might be a faint tapping sound, rhythmic and following the beat of the song. Gwen has a couple of the pans from the kitchen upside down, for anyone in the kitchen with her, and she's drumming along. ]

The game we're going to play is called Two Truths and a Lie. And the rules are just that.

Tell two truths, one lie. People have to guess which is which and you tell them if they're right or not.


I'll start.

1: Ben and Jerry's Chubby Hubby is my favorite kind of ice cream.
2: I love my brothers.
3: I don't like cats.

[ More drumming, and a bit of singing along as she plays. ]

Very good point. I don't trust anyone who's fueled only on tea.

Might be able to pull it off one day, but I'd temper your expectations.

[Yuffie never tempers her expectations.]

[ He pauses a moment, trying to analyse her voice. She sounds young. ]

Well, if you wanna employ these techniques, you might wanna wait until you're a bit older with more experience. I don't doubt that you're a beautiful princess, nor do I doubt your awesomeness. But my techniques are pretty advanced. Someday, maybe.

There's a line between legal and experienced. At nineteen, I should hope you don't have that much experience...That's what your 20's are for.

Besides, there are ways to distract that aren't the same as yours and I can still use my feminine wiles.

Probably, and I don't doubt that. Women tend to be craftier with that. I like to stick around and see what happens, personally, especially if it means I get involved.

And who knows, maybe I'll let you teach me or you could learn something new.

Well, we'll see. I mean, like you said, there's a lot of different ways to escape execution. I think maybe our methods might be somewhat different, however.

But, hey, maybe we can teach each other something after all.
