Alright, we all heard the warning. Team leads, check in with your teammates both new ones and those who have been here awhile. We need people to volunteer making packs like the last mission for rations and supplies for everyone. Those with first-aid training should offer refresher courses or introduction demonstrations as we have some new people on board.
What kind of abilities and powers do we have on board that could assist with people who might be freezing? We need to brainstorm quick ways to make either potions or devices that we can give or use to prevent hypothermia.
They never give us much time with these things, so let's get on this.

That's good; I recommend finding something small and sharp, and using your speed to your advantage. Duck in, attack, duck out; I have a feeling that will be keeping most of us purples from trouble.
