Alright, we all heard the warning. Team leads, check in with your teammates both new ones and those who have been here awhile. We need people to volunteer making packs like the last mission for rations and supplies for everyone. Those with first-aid training should offer refresher courses or introduction demonstrations as we have some new people on board.
What kind of abilities and powers do we have on board that could assist with people who might be freezing? We need to brainstorm quick ways to make either potions or devices that we can give or use to prevent hypothermia.
They never give us much time with these things, so let's get on this.

All right. Let me know if anybody requests the sort of first aid training I can give. I'll arrange to hold a session in the garden carriage or the standard carriage. Or possibly the luggage car, as it will be warm and there'll be room enough.
